Very well located

Very clean, staff professionally dressed; many spoke acceptable English to offset my little Spanish. Checkout time can take a tad longer than I am used to, but I have not been involved with international hotel checkouts. The dinner buffet was very good for the price; I felt the breakfast buffet was good but a tad pricey. Overall, an excellent place and I would easily recommend folks visiting BA to stay there

Very nice hotel, in a good area, and nice breakfast.

We really enjoyed the great location and friendly staff. Puerto madero, Florida and the Obelisco were all within walking distance. After a long day of sightseeing, the pool and jacuzzi on the lower level 2 were very refreshing. Thank you to the courteous staff at reception and bell boys.

EASY WALK AROUND TO RESTAURANTS PUERTO MADURO ETC. I was transiting to Patagonia so only spent 1 night ea way. A charming old world hotel upgraded to modern conveniences.

The air conditioner in my room did not work for the first 4 nights, I complained every night and they will fix it and then it will break again. The staff was super nice and the room comfortable but it was difficult to sleep with hot air coming out when is already hot outside.

The holtel location is perfect for business trips, close to major roads and offices. I did not like the A/C service at my room, couldn't graduate temperature

great location, close to everything downtown. Staff is great, there is a small supermarket around the corner where you can purchase wine same price as locals do. If you are looking for that special bottle of wine there is a wine store across the street!

Frustrating to pay for the Wi-Fi at your room for a 5 star hotel, the lady at the front desk tried to convince you without manners. 😡 Leonardo the bellboy was helpful staff member

It would be good if they can renovate the Hotel. A/C and heating were not working properly. Furniture is the same like 11 years ago.

Nice hotel reception, bad room (nbr. 521), I could heard the noise from the bar infront of the hotel, room extremely cold, no good heating, this executive room needs urgent renovation.

The property is a 3 Star. It’s clean and well located. It’s a older property with some remodeled rooms. Upon checking in they will ask you if you would like to upgrade to a remodeled room and included breakfast for 25 USD.

First theymake you pat everylittle thing extra..just be aware. Rooms are clean and great water pressure in bathrooms. Theres water leaks on 9 floor. When it rains the water sips thru the balcony tiles to the carpet inside. Laundry clea ing was fast, but had to get mine redone as it stunk like diesel fume the first time, and for the price they charge i expected better. (Probably use the small business around the corner). Front desk was helpful most of the time but i got most help form the young doormen until our last minute there. We did not eat at the restaurant but i got a small bottle of water at the bar the last day that they charge AR$100 which cost normally AR$40 .. i did ask if there was gold in it. (Still cheap for us but felt robbed). Make sure you re aware about the wifi situation, as you ll have to pay for it for EACH device used at the same time, or you can spend your time disconnecting and reconnecting each of your devices (had to, between my phone and tablet, bought extra connection for my wife.) Get the extra time in case like us you have a late plane and have to wait in the lobby for few hours before going to the airport. For Taxis ( fairely cheap) prices during new uesrs eve might double ($50 to EZE airport...AR$1900 instead of AR$1200 max usually). Avoid El Carbon restaurant near by...The city feels like its hidding behind a glorious facade, but cannot come thru the glorious food it supposes to have. Coffee lovers, bring some nescafe ..thnk me later.

Great location, small supermarket around the corner. Nice wine store across the street, lots of eats and drlnking holes all around. Two blocks from Florida st for souvenirs two blocks from the port

Hotel well located. Reasonable condition showing its age but very clean. Young porter Marinelo (name may be wrong but he was on duty on the front foyer) absolutely excellent. A significant attribute to the Hotel.

Been staying at this hotel for 15 years and beginning to show it’s age but still a great place to stay.

Nice hotel in central BA. Appropriately priced. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Easy to get to all parts of central BA by walking. Only complaint is that pool was closed down for renovation without any prior notification.

Disappointing experience. Nice staff let down by shabby dated rooms

Pros - good location, nice and helpful staff, good value. Cons - small busy breakfast area difficult to find space at weekend; hair-drier caught fire; bad smell from shower drain; not possible to adjust temperature on AC, telephone in room very dirty, noisy rooms (from neighbours), although nonsmoking room other guests were smoking around.

2nd floor business area was awesome. My colleague was on 7 and said the room wasnt so good.

Well located hotel. Rooms are nice. It works for couple of days. I slept well. Showers need refurbishment. Essentially, good value, basic and somewhat dated.

Nice hotel. love the doorman with a top hat! Modern rooms, fast Wi-Fi, cute restaurant, and also a street full of sidewalk cafes in the evening. Killer steakhouses about a block away, ask at desk. Full service bellmen, interesting modern art. Very cool place.
