Great value - clean, safe, and quiet.

I really enjoy our stay. The whole building smelled so nice, clean scent very impressed. Will recommend to friends and family

I like staying at this particular motel. It is not the newest, or the fanciest, but it is always clean when I come and I know what to expect. It feels like home to me.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and had a terrible experience. The service was poor, and while the room was just okay, the real issue was with housekeeping. They stole a very expensive pair of my wife’s $650 shoes from our room. When I confronted the front desk, housekeeping, and the manager, they all lied and claimed that we told them to throw the shoes away, which we never did. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable. Be aware that further action will be taken. Liars and thieves work here.

Friendly front staff, clean hotel. Don’t be mislead by the pictures of the breakfast, the only hot food they have is make your own waffles. Limited selection of fruits, cereals and yogurts.

The room had a very strong cleaner smell. The air conditioner did not work well - very warm in the room. Bed was not comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved the pool, kids loved it too. Walking distance from almost everything. Pet friendly. Awesome staff.

I like to stay at this motel. Normally I do not get to chose my motels for business, but this time I did, so I chose this Quality Inn. This was the first motel I stayed at on a business trip, and I really like how it always feels like "home" to me.

The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable.

The people. The accommodations. The best non-vintage hotel in AZ.

It was a decent hotel

Light in lamp burned out refrigerator didn't work. Room had a heavy odor of Mold and chemicals, which caused a asthma attack and we had to leave. There were no open rooms to transfer to. They could not refund our money, so we are still fighting with the credit card company 6 weeks later.

Staff is rude. Won't stay there again.

It was good call me later with our kids and everything once we were leaving and I was a little different they're a little salty

Our stay was nice. The room was pretty clean, there was a bottle of lotion and a beer cap left next to the right side of the bed from previous people that was not cleaned up. We went to the pool and the pool was nice. We liked how close it was to the square. We arrived a little early too and they were able to check us in, which was very nice. The only other things I would say we didn't like, the bed was not very comfortable and the breakfast did not have a lot of options, it would have been nice to have a protein option that wasn't so sugary.

Every time we have scheduled events to attend, we choose to stay here. This will make it our fifth time here. The staff is always friendly and facilities are clean and conveniently located. Please extend our compliments to the staff for another great stay.

Worn down and gross dirty broken stuff inside the room hot water in the swimming pool when it was over 110° worst hotel I’ve ever been to the price we paid not worth it!

Great stay !

First room room had black mold on doors and walls, second room had oil head marks and geese all over the head boards. Stains were all the bed and pillow cases. Foul smell of body order and feet throughout the room,door did not lock, many trips to front desk not working, locks were outdated , general manager was very rude and acted as regular employee, staff was disrespectful and rude, especially after asking for a new key due to mold, another guy let my kids in new room while I was downstairs speaking to front desk with out my permission, he could of rape or killed my kids without me knowing. Let him know I was not happy about that. There were people drinking alcohol and conversations in the pool after hours,they possibly live at premises. The electricity was very weak all lights were dimming low to high and tv turned off stating no signal on screen. Honest I would have health and safety check this location if you want to stay in business. Not pleased at all with my stay

The room we stayed in had a really bad smell and was dirty. No room service due to staffing shortages. The beds were terrible and very uncomfortable to sleep. I will definitely not be back to this hotel.

Rooms beds are dated and hurt your back, just had cereal and waffles for breakfast. Need to bring it up to parr with other similar hotels or lower price.

Walls were paper thin. You could hear people talking quietly in the hallway and in the room next door. On a busy street as well so there is car noise. Staff were nice and helpful.
