Shower needs to be cleaned better. There’s pink build up on the grout and streaked on the side of the tub which came off easily when I wiped with a cloth. There was also garbage left beside my bed when I first entered the room.

I traveled with my 2 grandsons n they enjoyed thd pool. Our rooms were very cozy n warm in the -20C weather. I got to plug in the truck so it would not freeze. Very good coffe n breakfast.

Booked this hotel for a family weekend away. Pleasantly surprised to see it being renovated, definitely needed, but nothing was intrusive and there wasn't any noticeable work being done. Just good results of the effort. Breakfast was awesome, staff were super accommodating, hot food in addition to the regular self serve options was a real plus. It's not just a dig here, but almost every hotel since the vid, but no daily hospitality service is really getting to be a bother. Room was decently clean, but not overly scrubbed by any means, but the real kicker is even though we're only there for 2 nights, we had to put up with garage bins not emptied, no fresh towels, shower that didn't drain properly, etc. Part of the reason we stay in hotel versus an Airbnb is really the extra service we should get. Price hasn't gone down but the cleaning isn't getting done. Really frustrating. This isn't just this establishment but all hotels it just unfortunately brings down our score in this review. Plus point is this location is very easily accessible if coming or going on the east end of Regina. Lots of amenities and easy access.

There was no one at the front desk for ten minutes when we tried to check in. There were brown stains on the mattress cover that looked like poop. And hair in the bathtub. The pool area is falling apart the rubber floor is peeling off and breaking everywhere. When we were swimming there where no towels. I went out to the front desk to ask for towels and had to wait 10 minutes again for someone to be at the front desk it was a ghost town. Then they said they don’t have clean towels they were in the dryers. There was not enough breakfast for the people in the hotel. Had to wait 45 minutes to actually get food. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced.

Bathroom was not clean, there was a used dryer sheet on the bathroom floor. Booked a room with 2 queen beds but the beds were really small. The food at breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

Clean, staff including front desk, cleaners and maintenance all friendly and efficient. Decided to soend extra day handle quickly.

To say the cleanliness standards are subpar would be an understatement. We found dried blood splatter in 2 different areas of the "suite" - the closet door and the tub under the bath mat. They did come clean it each time we found it and give us a discount. The room it's self would have been ok, the room is not what I would consider a suite the king "room" didn't have a door and the closet door (which opened to the main area) was broken so there was NO privacy. There was 2 cups and 2 coffee for a room that sleeps 6. The front desk lady, Antoinette was great though!
