Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We had minimal interactions with any staff but the ones we did encounter were professional.

The friendly front desk staff create a very positive reaction from guests. Of particular mention was the young evening shift lady who was exceptional.

The rooms were fairly clean and size was a typical room. We had 2 rooms. One room the fan was very loud, but helped keep out the noises of very loud guests on the 4th floor. One room did not have the shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower, so had to ask for more.

The front desk staff needs training to better handle situations. There was a prank played on us where a caller from outside the hotel reported a drunken incident in our room that required police. So the police came to our room at 6:30am. Now, there was NO noise anywhere on our floor...if the staff had actually come up to check, they would know that this was a PRANK call. Completely ridiculous...we have complained to home office for Holiday Inn. They need to get their act together.

There was no social distancing in the breakfast area. It was congested and people were kinda pushy. It was uncomfortable for that reason. It would have been nice if masks were required in this area at least until people sat down.
