The pool and lake area were great the bed was very hard and i feel like for the price of a room there should b more space the room was very crammed together and breakfast could have been better didnt even see anything but oatmeal cereal fruit yogurt and waffles

Overall, our stay was very good.
Upon arrival, we were given a room that someone had clearly been smoking in (all rooms at this property are supposed to be non-smoking), and the front desk very kindly moved us to a room with an upgrade to rectify the situation.
The pool and other amenities were lovely. The bath products on site smelled very nice.
The one issue i had was that the bed was not very comfortable. It was a very firm mattress, which mynhusband didn't mind, but made it difficult to get a good night's rest for me.

The entire experience was good. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen. The room, hallways, and lobby were clean and appealing. My friend and I used the gym and it was nice. Only things that call for improvement was I was not told our room wouldn’t be clean so I had to search out clean towels and the initial check clerk did not give us the complimentary bottles of water. All and all it was a great stay.

The rooms were clean and did not smell of animal. We were traveling with a puppy and a kitten. If there were any other animals on our floor, I did not hear them. A great feature was the path around the pond. Unfortunately, it was late when we got in, although it was lit to a degree, and it rained very hard the next morning, we didn’t get to walk it. Walk it at your own risk, no safety precautions. Breakfast was good and a variety. Front desk was nice. We had no issues at all.

I like the pool area and the pond. I didn’t like the noise from the traffic going over the rumble strips. We didn’t sleep well at all.

The night shift staff would get high by the pool. The pool was "down for maintenance" all week. The power went out a few times. If I used the microwave for more than a few seconds, the surge protector would be tripped and to rest it you had to reach behind the entertainment center. Overall, I'm glad I just needed a room with running water and a bed to sleep in.

My nephew wanted to attend the farm implement show, so I booked him a 4-night stay at the Hampton Inn. He raved about it. Breakfast was excellent. Room exceptionally clean. Mattress quite comfortable. Location perfect in order to get to the show at the Convention Center. Staff very friendly and helpful. The one and only thing he did not care for was the turkey sausage at breakfast. Ha!! He said sausage should be pork. :D lol!!

Our room was very clean & nice!! The beds were so comfortable!! We slept great. I loved the big bathroom with a huge shower & that the shampoo/ body wash was attached to the walls & were provided! The breakfast was amazing! Delicious waffles, omelets, cereal & was taken care of by many staff members. We really enjoyed staying here & can’t wait to visit again.

Amazing!! Booked at the last minute for LTL festival due to ratings where I had booked at another facility. So glad I did, The Hampton was clean, room was very spacious and cozy, staff was friendly. All around a great stay. Thank you!

I liked the pool: a unique amenity which helps on hot days.
The A/C in my room appeared to be struggling. It was at 71° on the day I arrived, but kept climbing during my 4 day stay and no matter what I did with the thermostat would not adjust. Granted, those were hot days, yet...
