Amazing in all aspects - beautiful renovation work with superb attention to details. The room (suite) was super comfortable, great bed, beautiful bathroom. Breakfast - very varied and high quality. The wellness area is simply fantastic - worth a visit even to enjoy the renovation work. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel on "main" street of Lodz. Hotel staff very attentive and helpful. Bed was good but pillows were tissue thin. We mentioned this to staff and they said they were aware of it and were in process of changing the pillows. Felt the fee for breakfast was a bit high.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel in Łódź and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect.
The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the modern amenities one could wish for.
The hotel's facilities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the spa provided a range of relaxing treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. I can't wait to return on my next visit to the city.

Very Nice interior but the bathroom Was not properly cleaned, we got dirty towels, the floor was washed with dirty mop. We asked for taxi and heard that we can download Uber app and order by ourselves. We tried to call reception several times during our stay but no one answered.

Nothing less than perfect.
Very, very beautifully restored. Huge room and bathroom. The pool area was luxurious and super clean.
Don’t be mistaken by the fact that there are not many reviews in the app yet. This is probably the best hotel in all of Lodz.

You walk straight out of the hotel onto the main shopping street and it is central for all amenities. Very friendly staff who spoke good English as I was visiting family, this is the 2nd time I have used this hotel and will be again when I visit.

This iconic hotel gives the atmosphere of Lodz from the turn of last century. However it hasn’t been renovated. Once the renovation are completed you will not be able to stay for the present price. It is very good value for money and the staff is extremely friendly and obliging.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel! Staff was wonderful and accommodating. It could use some renovation but nonetheless still a comfortable and beautiful hotel. My only issue was that I could never get WiFi to work. However, that was a minor inconvenience considering the price of the hotel, beautiful view from our room and amazing architecture. We will return and stay in September.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel! Staff was wonderful and accommodating. It could use some renovation but nonetheless still a comfortable and beautiful hotel. My only issue was that I could never get WiFi to work. However, that was a minor inconvenience considering the price of the hotel, beautiful view from our room and amazing architecture. We will return and stay in September.

Our stay at Grand Hotel was exceptional. The building is old and full of character, and it’s in the best location for exploring Lódz. The staff are very helpful and offered useful information on what to do / where to go so we didn’t miss out.

It is just dark and sad. The hotel should be closed and updated. The beds are rock hard! Breakfast.... not worth the money! Elevators are only working from time to time.

This hotel is so ideally placed, right in the middle of the road where all the bars and restaurants are. It must have been magnificent in the day, but the staff are trying their best with a very faded product now. We were only there one night and that was enough. Fantastic view down the strip from the balcony, but the room whilst spacious was in need of refurb, as was the whole hotel to be fair. The shower dribbled out and took ages to warm up. Please someone buy this beautiful monument and get it back to its former glory!
The other problem is that the double glazing is not sufficient to keep the noise out and so you hear the drunks outside until 4am (this was a Wednesday). No aircon so you need to open windows but can't.

Hotel is well placed at the centre of town. Large room. Lacked air conditioning, an issue in the summer. Helpful and pleasant staff. The hotel did not have the computer centre listed on its details.

Although a bit outdated, the hotel is a very fine place to stay. Breakfast is very good, rooms are big beds are cozy and overall clean. I will come back there.

The room was spacious, and included a suite complete with dining table and writing desk. We loved the traditional furnishings and the fact that we could open windows on both sides thus creating a welcome draught: a change from the ever-present whirring noises of contemporary hotels. The members of staff were courteous and helpful. This is one of the best places in which we have ever stayed.

Enjoyed my recent stay at Grand Hotel thanks to great customer service (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) and good location in the heart of the city. Hotel was established in 1888 and it offers specific ambience which we liked. Lots of Polish film stars and movie directors stayed here. Unfortunately it hasnt been refurbished for a long time, which is a bit disappointing. Breakfast was served in old fashioned and quite impressive Golden Restaurant. Decent breakfast selection. Id recommend Grand Hotel for guests who would rather stay at stylish hotel rather than modern one.

All in all, we were very comfortable and found the location charming. We had a little difficulty with finding the hotel and with parking. Additional signage and descriptions in tour books in this regard might have eased the uncertainty that this caused. Breakfast in the Grand Dining Room was a delight; a touch of class.

For the price you pay it really has everything. Then there is the location, in the heart of Lodz. Don't spend your money elsewhere just stay here.

Attended a conference at university. It was walking distance and close to local shops. Sadly no tours available to other areas in Poland. But no fault of this hotel
