The hotel was in a perfect position for seeing Murcia ! On arrival and departure the staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming and remembered our room number every time!! The breakfast was soo good too- everything we wanted was available! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Rincon de Pepe. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Murcia again in the future!

Hotel in good position . Car park is away from the hotel, you have to go by yourself to park, and then walk back. Information given at reception was not good or helpful. The walls of the hotel are like paper, you can hear every room.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location next to Cathedral!

Cannot recommend this hotel. No AC working and reception said they fix it. 26 celsius in room and window could not be opened because of neighbour night club with loud music to 2:30 in the morning. The night club class roof gave us the light show all night. Well the room temperature was not getting lower and without beeing able to sleep we left the hotel at 3 in the morning. Reading the below feed back I understand they had this problem before. Reception should have acted earlier but did not.

Hotel lovely but bar and restaurant not connected. On nye the bar, restaurant and room service not accessible which was one reason for booking hotel as solo traveler. Staff did not seem concerned, and i was not warned in advance. Check in was good and efficient, room lovely but warm and unable to work heating.

I did not have my passport on me and they did not allow me to check in. Then they did not even issue a refund. Highway robbery.

The staff was friendly and room was clean and spacious. Everything worked great. The gym is a decent size too. I was surprised to see no coffee or appliance to heat water. I bought coffee from the front desk, which was easy enough.

Classic hotel very close to the cathedral. It shows that it has been very well maintained over the years. Lots of marble, but with updated furniture and bathroom. Super friendly staff. Excellent value!

Parking is a short walk from the hotel and impossible to find without stopping at the hotel first for directions. It's also 19.50EUR a night, which seems really expensive, especially as it's not under, or next to the hotel. Hotel was nice and bed was comfy, although would have liked softer pillows. Breakfast was basic but good quality.

The staff was awesome

The hotel is centrally located so that is why I use it when staying in Murcia. It is walking distance to The Cathedral, historical district, numerous churches and shops, cafes etc. The front desk were efficient but a bit straight faced. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, however, there were no black teabags available so I had to ask a member of staff for one and that is all she brought! Not a plate with a few on for other guests or for me to have more than one cup of tea! Considering many English guests use the hotel I was surprised it was not readily available.

Hotel was perfectly clean and welcome copa y tapa very nice. Only issue was it was hard to find using Google directions. Lovely

Great location with easy access to all let landmarks within walking distance. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The carpets throughout the hotel are a little tired and stained in places but no real complaints. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of pastries, fruit, breads, eggs, ham and cheeses. Good value at €10 each for a hotel like this.

Perfect location close to the cathedral and a lot of lovely restaurants. We came by bus from the Alicante airport, to reach the hotel we used a taxi ( approx. 7 EUR). The hotel itself is very modern, staff very helpful, good stay here.

Very clean and staff very nice

Everthing about the hotel was spot on,pleasant and helpfull staff, always with a smile, top class.

We went for the Entierro de la Sardina (Burial of the Sardine) at the end of April and wanted to stay somewhere central to the action so we wouldn't have to walk far (it finished at 02:30). The hotel was ideally situated, right behind the Cathedral and was a haven of calm after the fun and games outside. Check-in was very quick with staff very friendly and they provided us with a map and pointed out where to watch the parade. A nice touch was the free drink & tapas from their bar/restaurant just round the corner. The room was large, with very comfortable beds and in the morning we had a breakfast with the quantity and quality of what you would expect from a 4* hotel. We came by train, which was a 20 min walk away so I can't comment on car parking but with so much activity taking place there was no way I would have wanted to negotiate the streets in a car. A really nice hotel that I would certainly recommend to others.
