This is a great location for exploring Hot Springs. Plus, you can walk to Texas Roadhouse which is in front of the hotel.

The room was very comfortable, the air conditioner was so cold it like to have froze us to death, so we had to turn it down. The water in the shower was extremely hot, the shower head was amazing massaging my back. The breakfast was hot and delicious. We ate dinner at the Texas Roadhouse in the adjoining parking lot (also delicious.) Felt very safe here, everything was spotless inside and out.

We came down for a quick birthday getaway. Everything was very nice. However we had to cut our trip short due to an unexpected death in the family.
Everyone was kind and understanding.
The room was nice but you need to put bigger or more waste baskets in the room. Maybe offer a fan? And the beds are not very comfortable. But we had a good time for such a short trip

Awesome experience. Everyone was so polite and professional. The breakfast was great, and delicious. The facility was very clean and modern. The location is great surrounding by multiple restaurants and fun activities for the family. Only one problem the pillows are to soft and thin on the bed. I love this place

Kids ran screaming through the halls til midnight. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you. When calling to complain about the noise all they said was we are sorry and we can’t reach them. The floors and elevator stayed wet from people coming from the pool, making it very slippery.

The check in staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. Location was great and it was quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

The front desk lady Danielle is super friendly and sensible in helping us during check-in process. she also explained about the places to visit too. My boys liked the indoor hot pool as well.

The hotel is very nice and up dated. The staff was rude and didn’t explain anything about breakfast or wifi. She didn’t even tell me my room number just handed me the room card. The breakfast was horrible.

Nice location. Room could have been better. We encounter several bugs in the bathroom. Could have been because of the weather, but definitely could use an upgrade in pest control treatment.

The only thing I did not like was the parking situation. You need a bigger parking lot. Too many people do not know how to park, and they usually take up 2 parking spots at a time. I know that isn’t the hotel’s fault, but that is my only complaint. I gave the hotel and staff a 5 star rating. The hotel was up to date, quiet, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was great. It was a nice way to start off our day. Staff members were so kind, and very helpful.

This is a perfect hotel to travel with kids. It’s a great value, clean, very adequate is how I would describe it. Good location with a steakhouse and chain pharmacy in the parking lot and only minutes from all activities. I personally prefer a more luxurious type place but it was a great value for a quick get away. Beds could use an upgrade - that was our only complaint

Our overall stay was nice. If I had to say what I didnt like it would be the smell of marijuana in the hallway after we checked in as we had our children with us. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good. My children enjoyed the pool. Although it was cloudy the second day.
There are plenty of restaurants and stores including a Roadhouse steak house restaurant as well as a Walgreens within feet of the hotel. It's also not too far from the Oaklawn Casino and horse racing. We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suite and Inns. We would definitively stsy here again. I would definitively recommend this hotel. We love Hot Springs!!
