I enjoyed the great location of the property.

A very good hotel. Unfortunately, there is construction with jack hammers most weekdays, so sleeping past 8am is not a possibility. Most of the front desk staff were very good except for one young man on the nightshift who probably doesn't belong in the service industry. He won't last long, I suppose. The NH Landcaster around the corner is exceptional... go there instead if you can

Good location. Clean and convenient hotel. Reasonable price. Only one elevator goes to the 11th floor so you can expect some delays if your staying there.

It was a bit shabby especially compared to other NH hotels but can’t really complain given the price. It was a great location for catching the buquebus ferry. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good hotel in good location, especially for business travelers. Two people at front desk very nice and helpful. But today I understood what was going on in regards to taxis to airport. Be aware that you might be ripped off by the front staff. I was quoted a rate to the airport of 3500 pesos to EZE airport last night by a very knowledgable staff (including tolls). That is what the taxi company we always use charges. This morning I was told the rate was 4500. I asked about the discrepancy and was given all kinds of confusing excuses. When the cab driver entered he signaled with the front staff, clearly to find out what the amount was he could charge. In the cab he immediately accepted the routine amount of 3500, but was surprised that I knew about the different amount the front desk was trying to push. It is not good for the hotel to allow a dishonest discourse about fees that have the goal to overcharge the the guests. Please do not continue to make execuses, but just solve this problem, it makes you look very bad, even though, I am sure it is not hotel policy. But the people are your employees and it looks so bad if they contradict each other and can't even keep their stories straight. Rooms are very spacious, service was fantastic and breakfast buffet plentiful

No tea/coffee arrangement, no complementary drinking bottle water. Small packet of chips is ridiculously expansive.

The staff at the front desk was not helpful at all. I had a a couple of issues that I needed help with and the receptionist could not help me because he did not have system. Luckily one of his colleagues expend some time looking for a solution and at least one item was solve. Because of this situation I won’t say at this hotel in the future.

The workforce looks, willingness to help, smile in their faces, easiness to greet the guests, are exceptional. Room furnishing was poor, 1 or 2 square meters more space would be great. Room service (food) was not good at all. The one and only disappointment.

This hotel is an ok place to stay. The rooms and furniture are worn-out. Yet they are spacious and clean. At the price usually asked it is an acceptable value. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers various options.
