Our stay at Harmonie was excellent over all. Room was cosy and clean. Bed, pillows and blanket were exeptionally good which guaranteed a good night sleep. And that is something we appreciate a lot. At the breakfast you find everything that you need to get energized for the day. Location is perfect. Just outside the noisy centre but at a walking distance from the oldtown. Stops for public transpotration (bus, tram, metro) are also close by. The hotel staff Werne also really friendly and spoke good english.

Lovely well maintained hotel in a quiet street. Easily walkable to the centre of the city. Staff were lovely, as too was the breakfast. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

The Harmonie Vienna is located conveniently near the city centre with easy access to public transport. Even so, the hotel is located in a quiet street without city noise.
The hotel has high standards on everything.
The employees are extraordinarily polite and accomodating. If you want to go anywhere in Vienna, just ask the staff at the reception and you get the best possible advice.

Very clean, breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices . The room was spacious, very comfortable. Plus the concierge was very helpful specially Anthony except for a little payment error which was corrected straight away. Can’t fault the hotel except the tv in the room didn’t have much English Channel option .

Liked: Beautiful property, elegant and exquisite decoration. Comfortable, quiet, and pleasant rooms. Service at front desk was outstanding. As an Expedia Gold Member we got a room upgrade.
Didn’t like: Breakfast options are limited, don’t offer ready to order plates. Location is not too close to most points of interest.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. The location is on D line which makes it very convenient to get to most places. The bus is also very close and convenient giving more transportation options. Breakfast was great with lot of variety. Will stay again when I visit Vienna.

Some reception staff are not very welcoming, appeared very bothered by customers. Had to check out early for unforeseen circumstances and hotel staff were not very understanding nor accommodating. Will not be returning.

The Harmonie Vienna is a hidden gem. Nice, modern and clean, and with a very friendly and service minded staff. A place I would definitely recommend. The breakfast is rich and offers something for everyone, and there is also an outdoor seating for days of good weather. Complementary tea and pastry is served in the afternnoon. The hotel is a good 30 min walk from the city center of Vienna, but the tram from around the corner easily takes you there in a few minutes. I will go there again at the next opportunity.

Excellent property not far from the center. We stayed early July and booked two rooms. One was a suite and the other one a regular king bed room with an option for a third bed. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options. I do suggest the hotel should either let guests use the coffee machine or remove it from the buffet area. It was weird to wait for one of the staff to come make my coffee by pushing one button that I could have easily done myself. The parking on the street is not really possible but a parking garage within 5 min walk is available with the hotel providing a paid access card that you must return at checkout. Public transportation is available within a short walk however the restaurants in the immediate area didn't seem very popular. Will book again when we return to Vienna.

We booked hotel 2 hours prior arrival from Salzburg to Vienna and hotel personnel received and accimodated our requests which was highly appreciated. Rooms had AC which was very important as it was unusually hot in Austria on our travel dates. Breakfast was great as in other european hotels (eggs, sausages, juices, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits) , no omelette station. There was no AC at the breakfast restaurant, which is typical for Europe. Personnel was very accomodating and informative on sightseeing recommendations. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel with warm, friendly service. Breakfast was very nice with a good range of options.
The hotel itself doesn’t have much of a restaurant or bar offering - although drinks can be ordered in the lounge area. This wasn’t a problem for us as there were really nice options locally and the reception staff can make reservations on your behalf.
The location is great too, around the corner from the D tram line, the area was quiet and felt safe.

Reception staff ( Berndt and Sarah ) excellent. Hotel was very clean. Easy access to parking and public transportation. Pubs and restos close by. Sig Freud museum a few blocks away. Will definitely book again

I stayed at The Harmonie Vienna with my family and we absolutely loved the hotel.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful and gave us lots of tips on travelling around and things to do.
The buffet breakfast was brilliant. They even catered for our vegetarian, egg-free diet.
The location is great as public transport is a short walk away. And if you don't mind walking, you can get to some of the attractions within 15 - 20 minutes on feet.
For the quality of the hotel and lovely staff, I'm shocked how much we paid for our stay. A great deal!

The breakfast was very wonderful with lots of offerings and a generous end time of 10:30 AM. Also a generous check out time of 12 PM! Close to public transport, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Location is great - we walked to a lot of attractions plus a lot of restaurants within 5 minute walk! Uber taxis plentiful if you need it.
They don’t have a ‘traditional bar’ but reception offer wine, other drinks and even food in a dedicated, warm , comfortable area which is used for this - think of a super comfy drawing room. Not a deal breaker.
