I absolutely love this resort! I had a lovely time at Corazón Cabo . The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, the pools were gorgeous, and the food was delicious! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. We are members. Thank you CORAZON CABO for making us happy during our stay .

Loved our stay. Super convenient and walkable location. Beautiful property. Tons of amenities. All staff was extremely attentive. We lounged around the pool and ate and drank for a huge part of the trip. Our drinks were never empty. The food was good. The only bad thing was that the hot tub in our room never worked the entire time. Every day they would go take a look and it never worked. Also, the pushy people trying to get you to purchase a timeshare was a little overwhelming. But I get it. They have to try to make their money.. other than that, everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

Music play from early morning until very late at night which made sleeping challenging. View from the room was amazing and the resort was beautiful. WiFi was unreliable, seemed to disconnect numerous times in a day requiring log in again.

Perfect location

The property was great. There are multiple infinity pools even one on the rooftop with ocean view. We love the personal jacuzzi on our room balcony. The rooftop lounge was fun and convenient. The hotel is right on the beach. We visited all the way from the Bay Area.

My wife and I decided to stay here at the recommendation of a friend who has stayed here before. The property felt safe and clean and very resort like in a positive way. You are within walking distance of an infinite number of options for bars and restaurants and shops. Also, the restaurants on property were very nice. We loved rooftop 360 and Aleta's the most. Their workout facility was sufficient, although they should add more equipment. It was lacking in many areas, but we still managed to get four workouts in. You have the option at the resort to do their VIP program and receive discounts while you're there. We took advantage of this and we're happy we did. Thanks Cortez! Overall, our stay was awesome and we will be returning in the future. Thank you to Maricela and Toni and Luis and everyone else who took great care of us.

Close to everything and has a swimmable beach.

The staff were amazing. The view from the room and infinity pool were lovely. The hotel had a chic modern design.

The property was average, staff not very friendly. The rooms on the pool side way too much noise. Would not stay again.

The cleaning lady (Margarita) did amazing!! She went as far as washing and drying our dishes after we cooked breakfast in the suite. She noticed we needed more paper towels and restocked for us. Not to mention she placed our leftovers in our refrigerator. Everyday we came back it felt like it was our first time in the hotel room due to the cleanliness. We couldn’t have been more thankful for her service!!

Conveniently located within walking distance to marina and downtown area.

Excellent stay! Rooms were incredibly clean and very large and modern. Only negative is that service was sometimes a little spotty. We called to request a luggage stand on two separate occasions and never received it. Other than that the hotel was great and the location is excellent. Front desk staff are amazing and accommodated my Expedia Gold member upgrade request!

We booked a studio and were assigned a room (rm 6111) that wasn't worth the price. It was located below Baja Brewing and during the day it sounded like that were rolling barrels and dragging tables across the floor. At night the thump of the music or band went until 2am. Therefore, forget sleeping during the day or night. The door didn't have a security peep hole and the dead bolt didn't work. We had to ask for cooking utensils that should come with a studio .Towels wouldn't be replaced and had to be requested. DECAF coffee was the only coffee that was placed in the room so we were constantly requesting regular coffee. The room safe was not operational. A hair dryer had to be requested. Food and beverages on site were priced about double of the average price: A bottle of water was $6.50 yet only $1 for the same water 20 steps from the property. We paid for a resort and received Motel 6 accommodations. Apologies to Motel 6 for the reference because they do much better.

The front desk staff at check in was rude and did not explain anything to us

Rooms and views are great! Do expect heavy solicitation for 90 presentations which I’d recommend you do out the gate With heavy handed haggling for free excursions and multiple free nights stay. We got 2 free excursions and 3 night free stay for our time. The do respect your time and will hold true to their promise.

The property was well maintained and clean. Service was great. We were able to hear our neighbors which was disturbing.

The pluses: great location on the beach, close to town, good sized rooms and balcony, beautiful views. Check in process was terrible. Long, and our rooms weren't ready. They text us when they were, and we had to come back and wait in a long line again to get our keys. Room smelled like mildew and mold and had puddles of water on the floor. We had to call to get our roomed cleaned. Restaurant food was good sometimes and terrible others. They nickel and dime you, charging for the coffee maker in the room. Service was sub par and everything was just mediocre at best. I won't stay here again. They'll try to talk you into going to a presentation to get discounts on stuff... they say 90 minutes but will be much longer, and they try to scam you with a bs timeshare thing.... it just left a terrible taste in my mouth.

Great location, but stay elsewhere if possible! Staff held our luggage for 5 hours, would not check on our broken safe for two days, overall horrible experience with the stay, however the location and surrounding areas are amazing! Recommend staying elsewhere (next door a casa Dorada), but make a reservation at the Baja brewing or rooftop 360 located at the Corazon hotel for the views but not essential

The property and staff were great. Only negative is the sales pitch. They offer discounts and free breakfast to do the hour and a half tour, but it is hard to get away if you don’t want to buy in.

The beach, pool and restaurant staff are friendly attentive and upbeat. Beach and pools are great, rooftop pool has impressive 360 degree views. I would give the hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for their front desk, check in, and ability to fix issues. My executive room with an ocean view was facing a busy corridor with virtually no privacy. Room wasn't ready at check in and did not text when ready. The rooms are spacious but 3 star quality.

Excellent experience

We booked a last minute trip for our anniversary at the Corazon Cabo great location but very crowded hard to get a spot at the pool room was nice however the bed is like sleeping on concrete. Cabo in general has gotten away from the way of old Mexico and is now an overpriced tourist spot. Need to find another place to go.
