Good location for airport and good service but bedrooms need updating

We stayed at NH Vienna Airport Conference Centre for 1 night as a stop over before our flight back to Australia. This hotel was clean, comfortable and a welcome rest stop between multiple flights, We were given an upgrade on arrival which was lovely, Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bar has a coffee and cake special for 6.50 euros which was very enjoyable for afternoon tea.We added the breakfast buffet so we could eat before our flight and found it very convent that it started at 5:30am. The hotel is so convent as we only had walk across the road to our terminal.Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was selected because of its convenience to the airport for one night and that was very good. However, the room we were assigned (4057) apparently had bed bugs, as both my wife and I had numerous bites the next morning from our sleep here. That really isn't acceptable for a quality hotel as this appears to be and we expect a fair and appropriate refund for our inconvenience. Thank you. Steve and Gretchen Harrell

It is located very close to the airport which made it very convenient. Very clean and staff was very friendlt.

The room was very comfortable and it has all what we needed. Also the breakfast is very rich and delicious.

It's a nice airport hotel that I've stayed at several times. I have given the hotel a 5 star rating every time in the past, but I cannot do it this time for two reasons. The hotel already has completely inflated prices per night. About 2 years ago, a night cost 100 Euros, but now a night costs 170 - 230 Euros, so they haven't been a good choice for a stay overnight for some time. And the second reason is that this time we slept on a very hard bed and even though I only slept for 4 hours, I was all sore when I woke up. In this hotel, you can see a decrease in quality and comfort, but at the same time an increase in price. This is a bad development.

Good location, convenient for short visit or transit. Bath tub sink doesn’t drain very well.

Served its purpose

The first room they gave us was in an old part of the hotel. The air coming out of the air conditioning smelled like sewer. We contacted the reception and they moved us to a newer room in another section. The new room smelled good and it was comfortable. The pillows are either very tall and hard or flat and super soft and the AC did not work very well. We didn’t get much sleep.

My husband and I love this hotel- always stay here when traveling to Vienna. Due to flight cancellation, didn’t arrive to hotel until 2 hours before checkout time. Staff was so nice - allowed us to check in and stay for the morning so we could shower and relax a bit. And upgraded our room! Highly recommend!

Great location - 5 mins away from the terminal and 5 mins away from the train station. Nice new building. Clean rooms.

Our plane landed early morning before we could check-in but the hotel stored our luggage until we could, leaving us free and unencumbered to take the CAT into the city to explore. The hotel is just outside terminal 1. Very convenient and very nice property to stay. It made it so easy to walk to our flight the next day.

Excellent location…Walking distance to the international airport even with big roller bags. Rooms clean and up to date. Dining on site is expensive. Overall very pleased.

Virtually a self contsined apartment. Albeit, room made up & cleaned daily. Very quite area, about 5 mins walk to Wein Mitte station, the airport shuttle train ,CAT, leaves from there. Many restaurant & cafes in the immediate area. Would gladly stay there again if returning to Vienna.

Smell

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were big and clean. Beds had two pillows per person. The tub is a little slippery but that’s the only thing that could be fixed. Will stay here again when traveling.

It's a great location for an early flight, but my room was small and run down even though I paid for an upgraded room. It doesn't seem like there is any difference between a standard room and an upgraded one, so save your money and just go with the standard.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and so helpful. I ordered room service and the service I got was really great! It is very conveniently located next to the airport. However, there was a weird smell in the bathroom (like something to do with the plumbing) and the rooms in general felt a little run down. Overall, a decent and generally clean place to stay for one night before an early morning flight or after a late night flight.

Asked for wake up call at 8 am; nobody called. Luckily, we had out alarm clock on our phone so we didn’t missed our flight.
