Was at a conference. Hotel room was great and clean. Service in evening restaurant was slow. 2 servers for a very large restaurant. They did the best they could. Food was good.

Room was nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. However, you can’t pay how you want when you want. When I wanted to pay via debit on check in, I wasn’t allowed and had to put it all on my visa until check out. Don’t know if I’ll go back there.

This was definitely close to the airport. It was quite far from downtown Edmonton or the West Edmonton Mall. In the end, we just stuck around the hotel for our brief stay. It is worth noting that the online presence was a little fuzzy. There is a second location downtown. That's the one with the pool and also has an airport shuttle service.
I did not love the booking issues with Hotel.com, but I am glad I called ahead to get things straightened out before I arrived.
We encountered a few staff members at the desk, but most of them disappeared into the back office without 'hellos' or acknowledgement. The one that remained was very overwhelmed and honestly slow. Maybe she was training?
I really liked the room...I just wished it really was in Edmonton!

The staff was great and the online check in and out make things very efficient. The bed was horrible uncomfortable, lumpy and way too soft.

Service was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Only thing I was disappointed in was no breakfast available if you have to leave early for flights or anything else.

Friendly front desk even during late check in, called multiple times about hotel transfers and she was readily helpful. Room is adequate and clean.

Overall the experience was not terrible, the hotel was very modern and generally clean, but dirty in areas, the staff were very friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was the following.
1) the hallway was leaking, bad, due to a rain storm, which isn't anyone fault, but there was a ton of water on the floor in the hall we had to walk through to get to our room.
2) our AC broke in the middle of the night, again nobodies fault, and the staff were very accomodating and quick to come look it and get us another room, but
3) when we finally got our room there was dog food left on the floor from the last guest and a pizza box and 2L left in the fridge.
4) generally the hotel area was kept clean, but by the back exit near our room there were misc papers and leaves scattered all over the entrance way and garbage outside, but the staff were outside cleaning it up at one point.
Overall the staff were great and helpful and the rooms were cozy and modern, but they really need to work on some of the general house keeping.

The room was clean and spacious. I like the shiny wood floor. We arrived at 2:55 pm after a very long flight and the staff didnt let us check in. She asked us to sit and wait. We waited 15 mins before she finally accomodated us. We were so tired and hungry and just wanted our room to rest :(

The in room telephone system does not allow you to use the "speed dial" buttons for the front desk or room service! You must dial "0" for the front desk then ask for the number for the bar to order food.

They were so busy when we arrived but the ladies still did their best to get us checked in quickly. The room was so clean. The Flight Deck Lounge had good food and good vibes.

We stayed two nights at this property in August 2024. Upon arrival, our smoke detector was beeping their solution was to remove it and not replace it, not sure if that was safe. Front desk seemed very overwhelmed and flustered when asked simple questions. For basic necessities such as a microwave you have to request it in advance, which is not told to you. The carpet in hallways was inexplicably wet at all times, leaving a trail of footprints when entering our room (it was not wet or raining outside).
The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable, however getting to the room was an exercise in patience. You need specific elevators for specific floors and the whole thing just seemed odd. Just seemed poorly run and supervised during our stay.

Check in was unbelievably slow. There seemed to be an issue with the computer and only one poor person on shift to check in several guests. Took about an hour. Room was clean. Limited amenities. If you're just staying to catch a flight the next day, then it's okay.

Very annoying when you book a pet friendly room that at check in I was not given a pet friendly room or charged for one. I was settled in to a room when I got a call asking if I had pets and needed to move to another room. Could this not have been asked at check in? I booked it as such. Not good service!

The check in was quick and easy. We arrived very late and asked for a late check out with no problem ar all. The room was clean, the bed and pillow were extremely comfortable. Great shower and tons of heat. Will definitely be back again
