The king size suite was a great size and a good layout . Very clean and comfortable . The staff were all very helpful and any issues were dealt with immediately. The pool is on the small side but warm and would be good for younger toddlers / babies . The breakfast selection was actually good and I travel a lot so that’s saying something . Wish they had more fruit selection though . I didn’t bring any pets but I did see that they provided a fenced in dog park facility on the property which I think is very smart . Overall a very good experience .

The only complaint I would have is that you can hear the highway traffic and near by train . It’s not noticeable when the TV is on or music but when the room is quiet it’s notable . I played a white noise app on phone through the night and it helped a lot .

The shuttle bus does not have any indication it is from the Days Inn. Difficult to pick out from all the other buses.

I didn't like that I wasn't told beforehand that they needed a deposit on my credit card. I had cash with me, and when I made a payment on my credit card from the ATM, the bank didn't post my payment for 3 days, leaving me unable to rent a car. I don't have a problem with deposits, but they should be disclosed in the ad, not after you book and arrive at the hotel.

It took *45* mins from calling the shuttle for us to get to the hotel, a 5 min drive away. Late at night, exhausted, after a flight. The website should clarify that the shuttle is shared with a bunch of other hotels, as we otherwise would have hopped in an Uber and just dealt with the cost at 1 in the morning!

Beautiful rooms and great breakfast and very friendly staff

We booked for the hottub and was broken upon our arrival and there was no notice given at time of booking but it’s no one’s fault and I don’t hold it against them or this site

It was clean and abundant. I thought it was a very nice hot breakfast. Our room was amazing and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

It is hard to find something that was wrong with the place.

The rooms were comfortable and roomy. The restaurant had excellent food and the breakfast was very nice.

There was a birthday party going on in the meeting room and our room was right above. They played the music so loud I heard it in my room and the floor was vibrating. I asked the front desk if he could have them turn it down a little and he said they paid for the room and I can change rooms for you. My mother is disabled and I had a hard time moving but eventually did because he refused to ask them to turn it down.
