Loved how friendly the staff was when we got in. The room was great and the location for us was exactly what we needed.

In hindsight, it would have been better to arrive a little earlier to take advantage of the pool & then to leave later for breakfast as an option to start our travel day with a good breakfast.

The staff was really great, especially in the breakfast room and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

We picked it for the pool but it happened to be undergoing maintenance so that was a bit disappointing

The shower in our room had a drip, but as soon as I told staff they dealt with it.

Found 3 cockroaches in our room! Then the staff helped us spray a lot of medicine. The next morning we found ants in the bed again. This really frustrates me very, very much.

we were traveling for work and had to stay the night. The hotel Manager was one of the friendliest people we have met so far. Not only did she upgrade us to a Spa room, she also re-directed us to the right hotel as there are 2 BWP in Leduc. Her first name I believe was Raaza and she was fabulous!
