Hotel was very busy and it seemed understaffed. Walls are thin, so there’s a lot of noise.

It was a nice place overall, but little things made it just an okay stay. Beds were awesome. So comfy! Later checkout than other hotels, and a really decent breakfast. However, that being said, the shower was low pressure, no big, but the lights in the bathroom were motion sensitive, so after being in the shower 15 minutes, it turned itself off. The shower also whined while running, which again, no big, but when both rooms on either side of us had the same issue at 7 am, it was not a great way to wake up. We were in the second floor and apparently right beneath the water pipes because we could hear every single time someone flushed a toilet, like we were in then basement or something. We were gathering our stuff to checkout and looking under tables/couch for lost toys, and found someone’s nicotine vape under the couch. We went to the pool with our kids and it was supposed to be open until 10. At 9:52, without warning, the lights turned off in the room, leaving the pool lights. At 9:56, again without warning, all the lights were turned off and we were left in pitch darkness with 2 other families. Construction was being done in the parking lot and machines were making noises (back up beeping and large machinery moving) around 5 am on a Saturday. Construction equipment being in the parking lot made parking inconvenient. Someone blocked a stairwell door with a luggage cart and stairwell doors were propped open.

Very clean hotel, to me the best thing when you stay in a hotel is to find all the areas clean, it includes the washrooms, the room, beds, fridge, lobby area and pools. The breakfast was really good with different options to choose. Customer service was really good, overall my experience was really good and will recommend this hotel.

Staff was amazing and nice. The property around the building needs a fresh coat of paint and this place would be 10/10. Everything was on point and really enjoyed my stay.

My biggest complaint was that the hotel offered food but it was next to inedible. We got in late and ordered pizza and parmesan fries. Instead of trying to find a local pizza joint, we saw we could order right from them. Well the pizza was personal size, served hard as a rock with a sawdust flavor crust. It literally tasted like some thrift store pizza. The fries were of a small portion and seemed to be air fried to a crisp with shredded parm thrown on top. I really wanted a refund bc we threw it out. Breakfast the next morning was worse. My husband and daughters said the only thing edible were the sausage links. If you're going to offer food, and especially charge alot for it, it should be edible at the least. Otherwise, just have some menus from local spots available in each guest room. I travel often and really don't complain but this time I felt it necessary. This was my first time at a Hyatt hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and front desk staff at check in were pleasant. But the food quality was just nasty.

Rooms were nice size and clean.

When I arrived to check in there was a sign up at the desk that they hap stepped away and would “be back shortly.” Had to stand there for quite a while until someone came to check us in. Room wasn’t super clean (candy from last guest was on the counter, stains in toilet) and the remote for the TV didn’t work. Just an overall very sub par experience.

Recently remodeled it was a nice improvement. The staff is wonderful and the woman running the breakfast are top notch!

Very clean, great room size with family of 5. Complimented Breakfast in the morning was also really good. Pool is good size but there wasnt much of anything else (like slides or other rides, which would've been great for the kids). Over all great experience, highly recommand for family

I've been staying at this high place pretty much since it opened. It's been a couple of years since I've been back so I was very pleased to see the hotel had been remodeled and it looks nice. Unfortunately some of the eating establishments in retail around the area have closed so you have to drive a bit to find restaurants and shopping

Couldn't have been happier with the service, the room, the staff and the breakfast. All were top notch. Staff was more helpful than they needed to be to help resolve a last minute problem. Breakfast was one of the better we've had -- lots of options.

Hotel was nice. The area was quiet. The bed was comfy. If my son has bowling tournaments there again, i would stay here again.

The particular Hyatt Place is always excellent. Very good breakfast staff Very friendly.
