Everyday house keeping would collect the used towels and never put replacements back and I'd have to go to the front desk to get them. Today walked into my room and their houser used the toilet and didn't even have the curiosity to flush. I come to this area alot for work and always stay here. This will definitely be the last time.

Staff was friendly hotel was decent, they are remodeling right now so the hotel smells moldy. Didnt have a good breakfast selection. But for a pne noght stay it was a good hotel for a decent price

I needed to go get towels everyday we had 4 people and they only let us have 2 a day! Then I needed the bed changed so I took off the sheets and set them on the floor next to the bed and it was never remade! We were there from Wednesday night til Sunday morning and I took them off on Thursday night! I figured they would know what it meant but I was wrong!!! Also the so called breakfast hahaha there was hardly anything there a couple yogurts, 2 kinds of cereal and some dry sausage biscuits. No apples or bananas or even donuts muffins!

It's been a couple of days since we stayed there and the lasting impression was both rooms smelled fusty. I get migraines so some odors bother me.The lobby smelled like some kind of nasty men's cologne. The beds made our backs hurt. But there's eating establishments close by, a Mexican restaurant next door but we didn't eat there.

It was clean. The hosts were friendly and met our needs.

We arrived at this hotel at 8:36 PM. To be told the hot tub and pool closed at each 30 p.m. when the signs clearly indicated the pool was to be open till 10 as well as the hot tub. When checking in hubby noticed several younger family members of what we presume was the person working at the front desk his family. When checking out the following morning we inquired with the person at the front desk as to why the pool was closed at 8:30 when the signs on the door stated 10 PM? He replied it was not closed. It was open till 10 PM. We informed him that it was not we were told it was closed question. When we inquired if we should inform corporate, he said no he would make sure that we were reimbursed for part of our stay. We shall see if that happens. Would I return to this facility? No, not after such pathetic service. As well was cereal only or cup of yoghurt or a small sandwich no toast to go with The cereal. Chairs had not even been taken down from the tables. We went for breakfast at 8 o’clock. Everything was still folded up as if they were not ready for business.

My kids and I weren't allowed to get into the pool.

The "Hot" tub was luke warm at best. The Television in the room comes on, but there was no service. There were no "pool" towels.
