Wanted first floor smoking

No wifi in the room. Tub was dirty and nasty.

This place was very dirty! Rugs, tubs, blankets, towels and the like! Not sure how old those pictures are from the website, but it looks nothing like that there! They didn’t even have the door open to the lobby, they were servicing customers through the night window. Totally a terrible experience!

Tiny bathroom

Dirty place and possibly bed bugs. I felt super itchy during and after my stay.

A eazy getaway from home

Holes in the walls broken drawers, shower never stopped leaking, had toilet paper stuck in some of the big holes blankets were full of cigarette burns, trash on the ground every where as you walk to your room.

This property is unacceptable. Rooms are not clean, dirty coverings on the bed, dirty towels, bathroom unclean with rings of dirt in the tub, room appeared very unsanitary

The room was dark, holes in the bathroom walls and the towels was rough.

Tv remote didnt work, had to unplug it from the outlet so only one channel available. Bathroom lots of mildew. Bed was moving when I sat on it? Towels had stains. Pervasive smell of urine and weed in the stairways. Lots of people in unfortunate circumstances are staying here. Pay a little more and skip this.

The bathroom was dirty

The place is not in the best area for starters, the room was not clean, hair in the bathroom and the bathroom looked like a crime scene. Carpet was filthy, twice people knocked on our doors trying to force themselves in. We had children and it was too late at night to leave so we made the best of it. The television wasn’t working and we had to try to connect everything ourselves which is normally fine but the wifi was not working. My partner was able to make it work only because they work in tech. Called the main number to ask for help and no answer at all.

It wasn’t the best. People were odd.

Rooms and bathroom need fixing and carpet was very unclean and wet

Right in smack dab of it all but seedy guests staying here and around here.

The rooms are outdated, rugs are dirty and mine had broken furniture. A lot of non hotel guests hanging around the area and very noisy.

What a dump! Booked a non smoking room (who even has smoking rooms?), and it wreaked like cigarette smoke! I asked for a different room, and they wouldn’t move me, sprayed some “air freshener” instead that made it smell worse. I get that it’s a cheap room sorta close to the airport, but jeez. I’m showering in my sandals and burning my clothes. DONT STAY HERE!

Room we got to start, the card reader on the door did not work so we had no key until they could fix it next day. A/C unit did not work, gasket on fridge was falling off, room was grungy. Complained and got different room that was better but not great, new fridge, A/C worked but toilet roll pin was gone, TV remote had batteries stolen and clean towels had permantnt brown stains on them. Not going there again.

Worst hotel I've ever been to

Theses room are cheap for someone on a budget . Just remember you always get what you pay for .

My first room had no air so they changed me to a room with broken appliances.

Constant power outages

The pillows were broken inside the case, there was a hole in the blanket. The bathtub was rusty and gross. The room smelled. The walls were stained. Tape on the floor.

The property is run down, dirty and dangerous due to numerous safety violations. The outlet above the bedside table was uncovered and full of dust, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was missing and has been for quite a while based on the visible dirt and grime on the exposed wiring. The bathroom door has a sign to close the door while showering to not set off the alarm, the smoke detectors has a plastic bag covering it. The bedsheets had cigarette burns indicating the sheets hadn’t been cleaned and the bed covering had cigarette burns and a giant tear which was visible the moment you walked in the room. The tub had ground in dirt and grime. I have pictures to support everything stated. The only option is 1-5 stars. I wish I could have posted zero stars. The only positive was the attendant who refunded our payment immediately, without question, as if he was long aware of the issues.

To start with, I was traveling for work and needed a place to stay. I had my wife and my one year old son with me. The workers were very friendly and very helpful. Anything we asked, they were quick to accommodate. That was as far as the pros go. It is the cheapest around for a reason. They told us a room number and we went to that room. OUR KEY OPENED THE DOOR and it was to a room that was completely trashed and there was someone sleeping in the bed. We were confused so we closed the door and looked at our key, which said a different number than we were told. We went to the room on the card and our room looked like someone attempted to clean it but it was not clean. The bedding clearly were not washed and the floor was disgusting. The man next door told us he lived in his room. We saw that he was selling drugs out of his room and had traffic in and out all night and was playing music on a Bluetooth speaker all night right outside of our door. We complained and the staff came and made him stop but that only lasted about 30 minutes. When we woke up the next morning, after only getting like 3 hours of sleep at most, there was two people sleeping in a car outside of his room who were clearly homeless. The place is a run down motel, and I will never be visiting again. It feels more like a drug den than a motel.

Drunk neighbor kept banging on a door looking for someone, saying he will come back at night and kill whoever he was looking for When management was notified they refused to switch rooms and refund the money Had to check out immediately (didnt feel like dying that night)

The person on duty refused to give me a cleaner room. After checking in, we walked in the room, there was no microwave. He brought that. Then we noticed there were no towels, toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. Told the man at desk and he never brought us towels. I further checked the sheets, and they had cigarette burns and stains on the pillows, there was a HUUUUGE hole in my comforter. There was someone's broken nail, dog food and other items on the floor and in the bed. Like I said he refused to give us another room claiming the hotel was booked for the night, but there were cleaner empty rooms right next to us.
