There was a flashing strobe light from smoke derector all night. Horrible night of sleep. Breakfast was cold. Coffee was great. Sausage looked uncooked.

The room was ready at check-in. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable with great AC. Spacious. Good selection for breakfast (even at 15 mins before closing). There was a light that flashed in the room maybe every minute or so from the fire alarm, but we got used to it after a while. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean comfortable for an overnight stay. Was very quiet. Bed was very very firm. If that's what you want. This is the place.

I don’t normally leave reviews but all the reviews I seen on this place were fantastic. However during our stay we had mice crawling on the bed that woke us up. When addressed with the front desk staff all she said was oh yeah there’s a lot of them. Not what you want to hear as a paying customer. Offering no solution she just said that they leave the door open downstairs so that’s how they get in. Note we were on the second floor.

When coming in the lady behind the desk was kinda snippy when I asked about being next to the elevators. She said they are are and gave me my key and went and say back down

This was my first day in a comfort inn in a long time and they did not disappoint. I was traveling for work with my child and even he exclaimed at how clean and comfortable the room was. I will use this hotel again if I’m in Muskogee for another overnight

We had a good stay. Just a few things were down like the refrigerator and tv services, when we arrived. The refrigerator was switched out and the tv services were restored. There were a few other minor things that didn’t go well but not really worth mentioning. Overall, we had a decent stay.

I thought I left items behind, I called the front desk and they went above and beyond to help me….turns out I didn’t leave anything behind (I found it in my luggage),but I appreciated the communication and care that the team at comfort suites provided when they were trying to help me.

Breakfast not served due to rain damage to breakfast area. I get that rain is out of their control but they could have got gift cards for a fast food restaurant or kept some frozen breakfast sandwiches in their little “store” freezer and given those out. Always a solution but it takes a little work. Also the beds are way to firm.

From check-in to checkout, it was fst, efficient, professional. Room was very nice - included a chair with ottoman to just relax. Shower could use a little more water pressure. Impressed with breakfast area. Lots of hot and cold choices; staff kept checking to ensure adequate amounts of all choices available; kept eye on cleanliness of area. Keeping on my list when in area.
