Everything was super clean! That’s a huge relief when you walk in and see that’s it’s truly clean. The breakfast was great too.

I was overcharged. I booked and “paid” on Priceline the amount of $75.91 which I have a receipt for. Then I get to the hotel and the desk clerk was missing for about 10 minutes. Nobody there. I’m shouting “Hello, is anyone here?” and I can only stand there until finally the gal comes out and hustles me through the check-in process without really looking at me. It was extremely odd. Then a little later I get notified that my card was now charged by Comfort Inn and Suites for $79.90. I asked the morning clerk about it and she said that the money would be refunded but it might take a day. Still no refund and at this point it doesn’t seem like I will get one.

Very clean hotel and a large TV.
Bed was too hard for me but my wife was OK with it and the HVAC system is noisy for light sleeper.

Staff was very friendly, and our room was clean. The bed was comfortable and I did enjoy the blackout curtains.
The room door was extremely difficult to open. Neighboring guest had same issues. While the room was nice, the refrigerator or something in the room made a repetitive clicking noise. It was loud and constant. Also, the room did not seem to cool down enough.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool and after I checked in was told that the pool was out of order. Paid one price on booking.com and then was charged @ $4 more at the hotel. Would have thought they would have discounted the room by that much or more instead of increase....

The room and the lobby were just gorgeous.Breakfast greatly exceeded my expectations and was delicious.
There was a big gap under our door so a lot of light came in. That also brought in any noise from folks talking outside our room. There was also a dripping sound in the bathroom corner.

No hot water, showers were lukewarm. Pool under renovation but website said open. Housekeeping seemed short-staffed.

People kept slamming doors the whole night, we had to put a towel down on the floor by the bottom of door so we wouldn’t smell cigarette smoke when the facility was 100% smoke free.

the young lady that checked us in actually charged our card twice but when we talked to the young man checking us out he actually researched it, called us after we had left and made it right.
