Location was perfect

The first room we got had a huge puddle of water on the floor so we were moved. The second room water started leaking from the air conditioner. Electricity went out.

The staff is very understanding and caring

It was conveniently located. Fast booking. Handy for the family to stay.

The floors in my room were sticky and smelled heavily of pine-sol. As the cleaning crew had not changed out the mop bucket.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean. Pillows were great.

Location was horrible. There seemed like a four wheeler contest was taking place on the other side of the fence on who could make the best wheelie. Then the fireworks started in the neighborhood behind the fence and didn't stop until way after midnight. We had gone to a hotel in order to escape the fireworks. That didn't happen. If I had known the area better, I wouldn't have picked it.

I have disabilities and the room i was given was a long ways to walk from elevator.

Very clean & well appointed. Convenient with exceptionally friendly & helpful staff. Made a reservation for our return trip.

Had an issue with the TV. But the front desk staff had it fixed quickly.
