Property look good on pictures. Till we arrive. It start with location between flats pretty far from anything. Then we walk in. Unbelievable. Dirty worn out old. Staff was nice then we get in room. Carpet super nasty dirty in hallways. AC was not working. Room it’s small super basic all it’s old worn out. I never slept on more uncomfortable bed ever. And I travel a lot . Because ac was not working and no fan we open window. What a mistake. With in minutes room was full of mosquitos. We wake up at 2 am and don’t go sleep it was impossible. Save your money. It’s not worth it

Great service. We were initially given a smaller room which was difficult for us to maneuver around with out luggage but the hotel was very accommodating and moved us into a bigger room the next morning. Loved the fact they remembered it was our 25th anniversary trip and welcomed us with some Prosecco! Lovely large terrace off the room but with limited views. Gorgeous rooftop terrace that is just not utilized by anyone while we were there. The hotel should promote this more and possibly run dinner and a light food menu as well on the rooftop to make it more inviting for guests to go and use. Overall a great stay!

Great spa hotel. Be aware that the spa amenities come with an extra charge of 70€/2 people. Good breakfast, well equipped gym. Staff is super friendly :)

We had a good one night stay at this hotel.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Got an upgrade AND early check in which was very nice..... with a view of the ocean / horizon extra plus.
Room was ok but here and there the hotel is in need of some updates.
Sky bar/ terrace looked to be a great place in good weather.... just not for cold and rain which we had.
Restaurant was open even with almost nobody there.... and food was good.
Breakfast service was fantastic with mix of buffet and made to order.
We didn't use the spa...
Location was not very inspiring, but it was close to a small center by foot and city center by car.
All in all. Ok but not as good as hoped.

Nice modern hotel. Great location if you have a car. plenty to see an do within a 20-25 minute walk. But having a car is best. They have free on-site parking which is a good due to the location. Excellent customer service.

Hotel is nice, but the rooms are poor. Shower room and toilet are in a wet room which stinks of dampness. Sink is in the room. Water goes everywhere. Staff are excellent. Gym is strange, but pretty decent. Restaurant decent. I was in the area for work and decided to change hotel due to the room.

Hotel is quiet with an excellent restaurant (try the fish!), self-service bars, available parking, rooftop terrace (it was rainy and cool but you can tell it is a great space), excellent buffet breakfast, helpful staff. Only thing that disappointed are the hall and stair carpets that need replacing or a heavy-duty cleaning. Rooms were very clean though. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay at this hotel - very chic and clean, with great amenities. We loved the room (even though we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the entry light) - stylish, comfortable king bed, excellent shower. The staff greeted us warmly and accommodated an early check in for us. Breakfast (included in our booking) was top rate with a menu to order from. We’d stay here again!

Very nice hotel, great room (suite with wow terrace), nicely decorated, good breakfast, small details to improve (we complained 3 times about a massage seat not working without a solution). Location a bit off but very nice place. Shame that the spa is not included in room rates, it was a main disappointment

This hotel is in a good location for access to Ortigia by car. They have free and convenient parking. The breakfast was good, and staff were friendly. Overall the stay was very good. Check in and check out went smoothly with the help of Aleksandra who also advised on nearby beaches.

The staff were very helful and friendly. Ola stood out, when we contacted the hotel before arriving she gave us tipa about what to see and where to book it and when we arrived looked after us making sure we knew what we were doing .

The hotel itself is chic with good gym facility but the in-room design is not that intelligent that you will find lots of “design defects”.
The staff is very friendly and helpful providing travel tips to Ortigia like parking and restaurants.

It was very nice and comfortable. Just a little bit from center of town. Had to walk at least 2 miles to most places or taxi that Cost €15 Euro in average.

Loud hotel. Room was small. No view at all. Breakfast was excellent! Mold all over in the shower. Fitness was great! Brekfast was excellent! You can make any type of freshly squeezed juices!

Great modern facilities, very friendly, professional, and helpful staff. They will ensure you get answers to your questions. Very clean place, delicious breakfast (and dinner available too), artistic design all over the hotel. If you have a car, you will be very close to everything. If you are walking, you are close to pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, fruit and vegetable stores, meat market, local bakery type stores, churches, and more. I cannot describe enough how happy I am my experience there.

Lovely hotel, with amazing staff that couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was really good, with food cooked fresh to order. My only criticism is that it's quite a way out from the main part of Ortigia and that made it inconvenient to get to and from. Taxis were expensive too and greatly differed in price, so made it very unpredictable and sometimes costly if you got the wrong driver.

The hotel has a cool city break vibe. Everything is modern. The breakfast is superb. There's a broad range of pastries, a blender so you can make your own juice plus a breakfast chef to cook a hot breakfast.
The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They're all incredibly upbeat and helpful. My husband had quite a serious accident while we were on a day trip. The staff at the hotel helped make the room safe for him to use, they organised a taxi to drive us to the relevant medical appointments and found us some food in the middle of the night. all the while smiling and joking. Their help and enthusiasm meant we still enjoyed our stay despite the circumstances.

First impressions of the Hotel were great and everything else matched that first impression. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, well appointed and all mod cons room. I only ate breakfast at the hotel (out in the evening) and that was varied and plentiful. Great gym with modern and mixed equipment for cardio and muscle work. I didn't get to use the spa (too busy exploring) but I took a peak and it looked great. I read a review before I went and someone said it was a hike from the station (it's about 2km) but that's no distance in a cab or on a bike (there is a bike scheme in the town) but I didn't mind the walk. My only nit pick would be its in the middle of a typically Italian residential area but then that's Italy for you. From the sublime.....the price I paid was great too.

Nice roof garden, hotel itself okay but a bit soulless. Breakfast is falsely advertised on website with lots of luscious pictures of fruit etc...in fact no fruit, lots of sweet cakes instead. Stay in ortigia area instead, lovely with much more character. Customer service but poor.
