Lovely staff. Comfortable hotel but don’t expect to sleep between about 2.00 a.m. and 5.00 a.m. if you have a room facing the street below, where the nightclub crowd come out from Thursday to Saturday nights.

First the bad, very loud street noise late at night from club goers outside of hotel. AC turns of late at night, you go to bed cold and wake up sweeting. We had 2 rooms and same issue. Rooms are confi, big bathroom. Parking is good as well. Plenty of dining options at walking distance.

The hotel is very rundown. Not even close to a 4 star hotel. Towels were old, tubs dirty. We complained and received absolutely no solution to our requests. Location is really good but definitely not worth over 200 euros per night.

Good location and excellent breakfast. However, the mattress was sunken and too hard - I didn't sleep well. The bathroom needs a thorough scrub to remove the mould (no air extraction in bathroom???). And all the tiles should really be wiped down between guests - There was a hand print high up on the wall in the shower. It was there when we arrived and still there when we left.
Was not asked on check-out if we enjoyed our stay, so we didn't say.
It didn't quite feel like a 4 star hotel.

The staff were all very friendly but the person who checked us in gave us a room opposite an office building from where people were looking into our room all the time.With no net curtain, in order to preserve our privacy, we had to draw the curtains during the day when we were in .I find this unacceptable when I paid 4* price for this hotel .I expect Expedia to look into room 202 of the hotel and give me compensation in monetary terms .I am not happy with the room given to me and my wife .

We stayed here bc of the great location- 12 min walk to Guggenheim, 5 min to shopping and dining, easy to hop on the tram. We also loved the lovely room, very clean, and we reserved garage parking- very convenient. Safe and lovely area.

It was very walkable from the train and well located in the city for anything to do in Bilbao. There were plenty of dining options close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. We weren't there long, but it was a well done business hotel that was quite updated and well run. I wouldn't describe it as charming, but it was extremely comfortable and a good place to stay while passing through.

The location was great, close to the museum and old town. Even close to the metro if you wanted to visit other town. I recommend adding breakfast to your booking, as the food was very good, and you can ask the chef to make you a fresh omelette with everything in it. The fresh orange juice is heavenly. You’ll need an SD card with movies on it, because the only English Channels you get is the news.

The hotel was nice, and great location, staff were courteous. When we checked in the washroom was dirty, and the AC-cooling wasnt working well. Other than this, the breakfast was good, rooms were quiet, and we would stay here again.

Great location. Bilbao is a lovely walkable City. Hotel spotlessly clean. Room large, airy and well equipped. I would recommend.

The service was very good and I was always met with a smile and a will to try and accommodate my needs, very device minded staff. The first night was very noisy due to my room having a window towards a busy street (ask ahead for a quiet room!) but the staff changed my room for the other nights, which also had a tub (that I requested). Clean, spacious rooms!

Service was satisfactory and our favourite was the lobby bar serving pintxos and reasonably priced drinks. However, noise levels from neighbouring tavernas as excessive on Friday and Saturday nights, and our sleep was disturbed.
