Have stayed here several times and always . Staff is friendly and helpful and the room is upscale and comfortable.
The lobby is very nice and the Christmas decorations were lovely. A very ice breakfast and lovely area to sit and enjoy.

Hotel was clean, service was good. We came in late for a college visit. We were not given the wifi password and when I called several times down to the front desk, no one answered.

It was nice and quiet but this hotel really needs a face lift. Water in the rooms would be nice too.

There for a wedding. Suited our needs. Very outdated. Lots of wasted space on palatial decor. Staff were pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast. Lots of options.

A big but very valuable surprise was a free shuttle to and from the Boone Pickens Stadium for the Cowboy OSU game. Awesome service on game day.

Lovely upscale room that was very comfortable. Very friendly staff at check in. A little concerned as they billed me twice for the incidental fee and when I called and was told it would take several days to reverse the charge. Not alot of money but it seems they might need some bookkeeping assistance.

First of all i chose this hotel because it supposed had a shuttle to the airport and when i got there the employee said i needed to tell them 24 hours prior😡 why dont the put that in the description? I paid more money for that reason and just to say no they didnt even try to acomódate me and when i get to my room and try to relax they are vaccuming atv7 pm!!!! Bever going here again!!!!

We stay here when we visit our daughter, the hotel is clean and quiet. It could use some updating with the ceilings and decor in the rooms.

Hotel was very nice and rooms were very big and comfortable. What did it for me was the kitchen staff. Kathy was so friendly and just wore a smile the entire time she was there. She was very helpful and she informed every guest that came in what was for breakfast and how to find what they were looking for. Kathy was absolutely fantastic!

Everything was wonderful except we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower. I asked about it as we checked out and the gentleman at the desk told us how to do it and said there were direction by the shower. I feel pretty confident that I would have noticed and posted directions as I looked all over the bathroom for any kind of a clue!
I also asked the gentleman if there were any good breakfast places in town and he just shook his head and said ‘unfortunately, No’. That doesn’t speak highly of the town and once I looked for reviews and there are actually several in town with over 4.2 ratings!

The staff is so great, but I found the hotel has fallen on cleanliness and upkeep. This has always been our favorite place to stay but for the cost per night, will look elsewhere next time.

This was our first stay at this property was our Christmas 2023 trip to Stillwater. I chose Hampton for a few reasons, most importantly was the standards of Hilton hotels. This property did not disappoint! The room, as well as the halls and common areas were immaculate. The staff were always smiles and very polite and accommodating. The breakfast served was very good and had many options to chose from. We have stayed in many different hotels in Stillwater over the years and this is by far our favorite hotel now. We'll be staying there again next Christmas.

The staff were all excellent, very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Our only complaint is the room smelled very musty. It was just an old, musty smell. It reminded me of a basement or an attic of an old house. In hindsight, we should’ve called down at check-in and asked for a different room. It was bad enough that our clothes smelled that we slept in, the sheets (or maybe top blanket?) just smelled like they had been washed and forgotten about. If we had been there more than one night, I couldn’t have handled it. But again, we didn’t call down about it so they weren’t given a chance to make it right. They were so great and nice that I feel like they would’ve been willing to switch us a room, we just didn’t want to complain..
I would probably consider the hotel again, but I wouldn’t accept that smell again.

Upon arriving to our room, the air conditioner was not working. We notified staff on our way out to dinner.
Upon our return to the facility the staff let us know there was not anyone available to fix it so they upgraded us and moved us to a different room. Great visit 👍

We selected this hotel because they advertised pet friendly and we had our doodle with us for the second night only. Doodles are hypoallergenic mind you. At initial check in, the attendant was efficient but not friendly. When we came in night two with our doodle, he was visibly upset that we didn't pay the $50 pet fee, which was not an option at online reservation and if we had seen that fee, we would have stayed elsewhere. He said that the fee covered additional cleaning to make the room ready for people allergic to dogs. I doubt anything extra was done but we agreed to pay the fee regardless. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable but the friendliness wasn't there. We will most likely choose a different hotel on our next trip to Stillwater.

Very nice stay. Room was spacious with sofa, microwave, sink and fridge. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and in nice condition. Lobby and hallways were clean and nicely decorated and maintained. One of the better points was this hotel had no fragrance enhancers in the room or hallways. The room had absolutely no odors at all which was really nice. We had a small room issue that needed attention and the front desk sent maintenance immediately and the problem was resolved immediately.

The hotel was in a great location, it was clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and had different offerings each day so it didn’t get old. The only drawback for me was that the bed was so very uncomfortable. It was so hard. I would stay here again though.

PROS: Very friendly staff, fast & efficient. Comfortable bedding & clean room. Microwave & mini-fridge in room. Good lighting, & plenty of outlets for charging. Lots of towels & toiletries. Awesome, free breakfast. Good location.
CONS: The A/C units are a bit loud. The room is a little dated. The desk chair doesn't raise high enough for comfortable seating if working/writing.
