We chose the George V because it was close to where our family lived, so it was easy to get back and forth. We were happy with everything about the hotel: large room with kitchenette, excellent restaurant, good workout space, and very nice outdoor pool with a shady patio to sit outside. The service was excellent. We'll definitely stay there again.

The staff were all excellent, the room was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities I could want. The breakfast buffet provided at the in-house restaurant was simple but delicious. Gym was fantastic and had a steam and sauna available.

The staff was excellent. My room was very comfortable. The gym was well stocked although it didn’t look like it got much use. Locationwise, it was close to some nice restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was just OK for dinner. I would stay here again.

Very good stay at this hotel with very friendly staff and a great, spacious room. The hotel was a good 2km away from the metro so the only transport is with Uber. The area is good but not as good as Jardins in terms of shops etc.

This was an amazing hotel from checkin to checkout. The staff is friendly and willing to help in any way. The only complaint I have is, I suffered from food poisoning after drinking milk from their continental breakfast. My travel partner and I had all the same foods and drinks except the milk and they were fine.

The staff was awesome! Held bags while I was walking around and waiting on my flight after check out. They knew english which helped immensely. Would stay there again without question.

The TVs never worked, not signal, I reported everyday and when I was back at night was not working. The air conditional usually stop working around 2 AM, it got very hot. The windows are not noise prove, you can hear the cars driving by.

The people at the reception were very friendly. Hotel rooms also very nice and comfortable. The location is top, next to great bars & restaurant but in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Sao Paulo

Nice hotel & good service. Location is also good and there are multiple restaurant within a short walking distance. The only negative aspect was a construction site next to the hotel. They started noicy work at 7 am which was ok with me as I was travelling in business, but if I was on holidays the early wake-ups would have annoyed me.

Workers are very polite. Rooms super clean. Breakfast scheduled to be delivered at the room was on time and delicious. We’re going back for sure.

Hotel was a little dated but staff were very nice and accommodating.
Air conditioning NOT working as under maintenance wasn’t great considering $150/night but the bed was comfortable and again, the staff very nice.

The staff was amazing, kind, helpful and they did everything they possibly could to make my stay wonderful! It’s been a long time since I have experienced excellence in service from all staff members! Despite COVID-19, the hotel staff did everything including making reservations for me checking on transportation and even ordered my food several times from local places because I could not translate! The hotel is clean and quiet! I loved it! Highly recommended!

This hotel is 100% suite hotel with large and very well equipped and designed rooms. A really home away from home. The breakfast is excellent. There is also a very good executive lunch buffet for a ridiculous price. The only small negative thing is the poor quality of the room service food (which is difficult to understand according to the above).

Overall the hotel was very clean, housekeeping was average, the staff was courteous and a few spoke some English. The food and service in the restaurant were very good.

No ironing boards or iron in room. Room service food choices are forgettable. Hotel Management was accommodating in moving me to a quieter room, which was nice. Laundry service was delivered a day late (I had to call to check what happened to it). Check-in and check-out process was smooth. This is a mixed residence / hotel spot. Easy to get Uber from. Some great Spas in the area. But would not recommend for anyone wanting to match the experiences of more established chains. The room sizes were very nice! The shower very hot. But amenities and services was okay. Bell-men were fantastic, though.

Friendly service, fabulous suite, fun neighborhood. Only issues were no ironing board in the room (may be common for non international chain hotels in Brazil) and a toilet seat that wouldn’t stay up.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was on the light side. The fitness center, while small, accommodated 5 visitors while I was there. The fitness equipment appears to have been upgraded during the past six months.

Amazing service (breakfast orders, general concierge), clean rooms, great amenities. The only thing is that the WiFi is not totally perfect, but connects most of the time. Great local area - close to shopping and chic restaurants.
