Location is very good and safe. Staff is polite and helpful.

The kitchen was not appropriately equipped. We Planned to cook with family but the 2 pans were all scratched and the black particles ruined our food. We had to throw out our dinner 😩 we contacted the owner, showed him pictures and he said he would replace them, however he didn’t come until the next day, replaced only one pan but didn't give us the lid. This caused us a lot of inconvenience because it made my recovery after surgery very difficult since we couldn't cook the “correct diet” with the specific ingredients due to a medical procedure. There is a white closet full of kitchen appliances in the kitchen, however the owner refused to give us access to it. He had 8 days to make this experience great for the 3 of us but he didn't. He doesn't like to be contacted to as for kitchen things, he make us feel like he is doing a huge favorite although he advertises on the site that kitchen is fully equipped. OVERPRICED Also there was mold / infiltration on the wall of the main bedroom (under the window )

Location, location, location. Also it feels like a apartment ideal for families like mine. Great swimming pool and very friendly staff. Mr. Lim the owner is also very friendly and attentive.

Don't have much to say here. Maybe a nicer sofa and Cereal Bowl? Important to mention all very minor and didnt impact our stay.

Expensive, noisy, no sound proof windows, very small single beds with “hollow” pillows, no staff to help with luggage after midnight
