No complaints regards hotel except entertainment which was very poor and people were going out to look for this at other hotels and bars

Nice hotel in a fantastic location, perfect for relaxing by the beach.
It looks as though most rooms would have a partial sea view with a balcony.
Drinks in the downstairs bar were competively priced for the area, with good service from the bar staff.
The evening entertainment was more suited to the older generation, but there are plenty of areas to sit with a drink if you prefer to avoid it!
There are 2 pools. The larger of them has a ramp which makes it accessible for guests with limited mobility.
The food was good value given what we'd paid for it as an extra, although we chose to not always have the evening meal due to the options available.

Iwe had to walk may stairs to reach anything like resturant the main door gift shop it would be great if thier were too resturant and check in since it's huge hotel

Great beach front location with beautiful garden and pool area. Very busy area for traffic so the onsite covered parking (€6 per day) was a godsend.

Excellent location to nice break. Most staff are friendly and helpful. But, do not in room catering. Not even a tea kettle. Get size beds but with thin pillows. Food service offers very good varieties.

Hotel needs some updating although cleanliness and service couldn’t be faulted. Food- ok, stayed here 5 years ago but this time noticed the hotel a bit tired looking. Pool - great , too cold to use in February but overall if ur looking for a good location with value for money is fine. Marina 5 min walk away, beach right on the doorstop

This is a very nice slightly dated hotel in an excellent position. Rooms are comfortable with large beds. Bathrooms clean & warm. We really missed have tea/coffee making facilities. We only booked room only & missed our morning drink.

Love the pool area, in the center of the nightlife,beautiful views, step away from the beach, walking distance from shops. Great weekend!

Didn't like being put in the separate building to the hotel, had to drag a very heavy bag down (and up) at least 20 stairs. Everyone else in my party didn't have any problem requesting nice rooms.

We were put in the annex this time. the water pressure was very low and the water temperature varied a lot whilst having a shower from freeze to burn. It is a long walk each time to bars,restaurant and reception.
The main hotel is still very good value. The staff are excellent, very friendly, everything clean and fresh.

Great location right on beach front. Lots of areas to relax and staff helpful and friendly. Decor needs modernising in communal areas - the rooms were spacious clean and functional. Free wifi
I would class this hotel as 3* all other 4* hotels i've ever stayed at do not charge extra for their facilities -it was super dissappointing that use of sauna, indoor pool (on a winter trip) jacuzzi, etc was not inclusive of stay - 10euro per person per session! makes it a pricey family extra!

Hotel lovely staff nice but they should not mix kids rooms with couples so the kids running wild knocking on doors spoiled the holiday great if you got kids but if you're a couple stay away

Breakfast was good. Rooms and corridors smelt bad. Pools were nice. A lot of maintenance work needed in rooms.

The food was great, especially the breakfast buffet. Room large & comfortable. Pool & outdoor areas were well kept. My wife & I were booked into the annex which was reached by a number of steps which made our walk to the dinning room rather tiring and amounted to over 100 steps there & back to our room.

The Triton had a very large annex which is very difficult to access. There is no lift from the main building down to the annexe. If you have mobility issues you are on your own. The first floor bedrooms have a large metal grid overlooking an area which looks like an area out of a third world country. The only reason it has a 4 star classification is down to a very warped Spanish hotel classification system.

Spacious hotel. Lovely rooms. Disabled friendly fine except no ramp down to the prom (all steps). Biggest downfall was the food. Cold, lack of choice and all very bland.

Location is perfect for beech front walks and bars. Pool facing rooms are best.
Main road at the front of the hotel is busy.
Hotel is split into two main buildings, the second building is a bit of a walk away from the main complex and car park, especially if you have mobility issues or very young children.

Fast efficient check-in even though we didn't arrive until 10.00 pm. Room very clean and very quiet even though we were near the main road.

Would have given full marks if not for good being a bit repetitive, managed to eat something but some of it a bit disappointing. Would still recommend Hotel as couldn't fault anything else.

Hotel location is perfect not far from the Marina but the biggest let down it seems to just cater for saga holidays, rooms and pool area is lovley but kids were not allowed to have any fun in the pools ( inflatables, balls etc) and had a few elderly moaning but kids were just being kids and it was half term!! reception and lobby area in need of modernising and evening entertainment aimed at the elderly, we went for full board well there was no difference between lunch and evening meals ...they should do themed nights with food ie Mexican, Chinese etc...but it was much of the same everyday, as a family I

On arrival we found the staff not that helpful was directed to lifts but got lost as there is quite a few lifts in the hotel, found it eventually after going back to reception! Breakfast very good, choice of everything, swimming pools an terraces to sunbathe very good! Some of the staff were a bit grumpy! Evening meal very good, lovely food and lots of it! Our room was okay, but a bit smelly (drains),big beds, roomy. We went for just a lazy break, eat, sunbathe, drink and sleep, was great and would go back.
