At first stay was good until my friend & i were woken up at 6 am by the clock alarm on nightstand. Then, when we needed to leave & our ride was there waiting, we had to wait for 4 elevators to come through before 1 elevator actually had room enough for my friend & i the luggage cart to board elevator. Room also felt musty, not aired out. Unsure how well air is circulated in rooms or throughout hotel. Was coughing a lot more than I usually do.

This was a delightful stay. Worth the money.

Hotel was clean. Great location. My only complaint would be the TV, no sports channels, couldn't watch my football games! And tv kept freezing up. When i called the front desk but no one came to fix the TV

Charged my credit card $100/night to Pre-Pay for any incidental expenses. I feel that was unacceptable. This high FEE was NOT disclosed when I chose this property. 1 star

Nice property in a great location for any event in downtown Austin. Good value for its location but the overnight parking fee is high.

Everything was amazing staff was nice and friendly room was clean. The only problem I had with the stay was that the ac did not really work in the room it was way too hot.

I usually like Hampton Inns but this one was not up to snuff. I checked in and was given a room that was not yet cleaned after the previous occupant. I returned to the front desk hoping to simply be assigned a new room. Instead, I was told to wait for two hours and just keep checking back every 30 minutes to see if the room had been clean. Finally, the room was cleaned after a three hour wait. The room, when finally cleaned, was comfortable but I don’t know why simply swapping me to another room was so hard.

Very clean, well maintained and refreshing water at the lobby. No free parking, breakfast is okay, they can add more.

Staff service was exemplary - Michael went above and beyond.

Clean, friendly, quiet room. Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet with so many food options - omelets, potatoes, waffle bar, fruit, pastries, more that I don’t remember because I spent my time at the waffle bar deciding between blueberry or vanilla batter, Carmel/chocolate/maple syrup, and nuts or whip cream. Lovely, open dining area on the second floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Required valet parking was expensive, but we walked to our destinations so we probably saved a good deal of money that way. We walked to a concert at a Moody Theater.

The hotel is great. The parking is definitely an issue $50 per day to park is a reason I might stay somewhere else next time.

Completely disappointed

Wasn't able to facilitate or understand a request the guest had.

Hotel room would not get cold , The refrigerator in the room would not get anything cold you put in it .

Fantastic hotel

Just a short stay, but room was impeccably clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and helpful and well stocked grab and go section.

is general it was nice

Perfect spot for our girl’s trip. We used the hotel valet service which was pricy but very easy and quick each time. There was a great outdoor common area to sit and relax. My only wish was a hotel bar to be able to enjoy an evening cocktail.

Easy check in and staff was polite and accomodating throughout the stay. Great location and easy walking to the downtown hot spots.

Property was ok but no hotel parking other than a very expensive vavlet service. No mention of not having no parking in listing. Had to use a garage which was not a lot cheaper but had no other choice really Hotel was clean and staff nice but just overall impression was overpriced.

Great place good price but they get you with the 57 a night parking

The lady at the desk when checking in was completely wild taking my phone from me when I was showing her my receipt for my reservation and walking to the back with it to I guess from what her coworker said talk to the manager because there system was messing up , no do you mind if I take this and show my manger nothing of the sorts just yank and off she went .The bed felt like it was from the 1990s completely uncomfortable. It’s sad when the couch pull out bed was more comfortable. The breakfast was horrid you can get better at McDonald’s. When me and my family were leaving we had the valet bring our car around (also they charge 57$ a night for) it was covered in concrete dust and I mean COVERED I was able to grab a hand full of it any where I touched, I asked them what happened to my car there response was I don’t know , then told me some man was using a leaf blower to clean out the valet parking garage , this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel
