Excellent stay and a free room upgrade. Good hotel

Stay was great and staff fantastic. Bed was terrible, mattress topper wouldn’t go amis, it was so hard. Sleeping was incredibly difficult. Also says on site parking… there is not!

Advertised as a 4* hotel but didn't feel like it. No restaurant at the weekends for an evening meal, very basic room with no facilities other than tea/coffee. Bed was very uncomfortable. No option to have maid service during the stay. Would not stay here again

Great location near station and eateries, and my request to be on lower floor was granted. Good value too. On the Eco side could do better and have messaged hotel separately.

Stayed on a Saturday night, we paid for 2hrs early check in @£7.50 ph. Double room was lovely and clean, everything you need, kettle, iron, hairdryer, fridge, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash dispensers. Restaurant not open over the weekend for some reason but plenty of places nearby, we went to the hotel bar for a few cocktails to be told he wasn't "doing " cocktails. So we went somewhere else. Breakfast buffet was a bit ropey, usual choices of cooked, continental, fruit etc. The hot food wasn't very warm, the bacon and mushrooms were sitting in loads of oil and hashbrowns were lukewarm and dry. Felt sorry for the 2 staff members we seen, 1 lady was serving the coffee's and tea's and the other lady was booking you in, seating you, filling up the bread etc, didn't see anyone clearing tables in the half hour we were there, they could have a staff shortage possibly, all in all it was just ok.

Brilliant staff

I was on the 5th Floor. There was a problem with the window which had a faulty handle. At first it was ok but at 4.30 am the window blew open an I was unable to close it . It was a very cold night and as consequence my room was freezing. I mentioned it at check out and was told I should have contacted the front desk. I am a seasoned traveller and did not fancy changing rooms at that time in the morning.

We had a really easy contactless arrival! And the room was clean and spacious with great views. The bed were fine, if a bit springy, but the bathroom was divine!

Great. Comfortable, quiet room.

Room was tired, no iron in the room, bed was hard and made a noise every time you moved (wife had no sleep) breakfast was poor. Staff at reception did even ask how was your stay.

Room was very nice and clean with good facilities. Just a little let down with service at breakfast. Had to keep finding staff to get coffee or tea and someone said they’d get more white sugar but it didn’t arrive. Also no jam available to go with toast.

Good stay. Room a bit on the small side and no water in room but other than that, great location and service.

Had a lovely stay. Attending a venue at the arena and it was not too far to walk to it. Hotel in ideal place near the train station. Room was really roomy and clean. Also quiet on a night too. Had breakfast in hotel and this was a great choice and very tasty. Would recommend.

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were all lovely, the breakfast was good and great for the arena.

Excellent app means no queuing to check in / check out Room was excellent - very big and lots of natural light Only negative comment is the pillows were very soft and uncomfortable

Nice stay as always. Service is good, rooms are spacious. I was surprised there was no water bottles in the room though...seems odd.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the reception area looks nice. However the bed was like a camp bed with a paper thin mattress, it was really uncomfortable and creaked loudly if you moved. The walls were also thin so could hear everything from the rooms either side

Excellent location. The room is nice size. Breakfast is good selection of various choices. The hotel is right in hub of pubs and bars and also near to shopping malls. Easy walk from main station.

My first visit to Park Plaza Leeds and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Super views over the city from my 18th floor room which was spotlessly clean. A nice breakfast and well looked after by the duty staff.

Rooms and welcome were ok Staff at reception not that friendly unlike the team at breakfast who were fantastic The bed was very hard but housekeeping helped out with a topper and better pillows
