The rooms smell like cigarettes the hallways smell of cigarettes not good. I woke up and thought I had smoked a pack of cigarettes!!

Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are clean and bathroom is a great size. Front desk staff for check in/out very kind and welcoming. Security was awesome and vigilant, appreciated the attentiveness to hotel guest and casino guest, not allowing any wonders go up.

I had a fantastic stay here. The bed and pillows was like sleeping on a cloud! Very comfortable and had the best sleep ever!

Nice property and beautiful rooms

Beautiful property. I gave four stars instead of five stars because the room was clean to about B grade. But the accommodations are very comfortable and the common spaces just beautiful, with many amenities from the casino, pool to the shopping to the variety of restaurants.

Stayed overnight for a concert and had such a great time that I’m booking my next getaway! Everything was five stars!

Everything was great!

First of all I thought we were staying at the guitar it wasnt until we got the keys that they informed us we were staying at the other side of the property. The hotel and pools are beautiful in the inside. This add is very deceiving as it constantly shows pictures of the guitar. The room at the hard rock hotel which was where we stayed was really bad. First no fitted sheets on the bed just a regular sheet. No soap, no shampoo no conditioner. It was a room of a typical motel that I would think cost at most $150 a night. We paid $600 a night and for that money I would have thought the room would be equipped with at least the basics. We have stayed at hotels way cheaper than this and the room, the cleanliness, the attention has been exceptional. This hotel is not worth that price at all. You are better off staying at the one on front or maybe the guitar is better.

Wonderful room. Beautiful common areas. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was there was only one employee checking people in and out, creating a longer than necessary wait to check out.

Property was great and very clean. You either received exceptional service or the complete opposite. The hotel did not accommodate our request for joining rooms, but did place us on the same floor. We did notice that the rooms next to us were not in use the entire stay. We were surprised that there was no shuttle to and from airport or other tourist attractions with this hotel. Food was great and casino was very clean.

I lost my stay because my flight was delayed didnt catch the check in time before 4am so I lost my room and money no one tried to help horrible.

The arena for a concert was pretty cool

everything was first class, professional staffing, clean great security. It was just a fun three days two nights.

We have stayed here before. This time the room wasn't as clean (Dust on the bathroom shelves) Bathroom door paint chipped in many places. The smell of weed coming from the room next door was a bit much. The smell of cigars/cigarettes thru out the casino. There is no way around that, you have to pass thru to get to other areas. And finally staff was great at the hotel, but when I called to add another two days because of bad weather and our flight being cancelled, they gave me a hard time. So we left that hotel and stayed somewhere else for the next two days. Outside area pool areas were well maintained.

I like most everything about the property with the exception of not having enough towels and not being able to get clean towels in a timely manner. At 1 point, housekeeping came in and halfway, made our bed. Left a roll of toilet paper on the toilet and picked up half a pile of dirty towels and left no other clean towels to replace the dirty ones. We were in room 30637.

When we arrived to check in On Monday we were un able to get a bell hop to assist us with our luggage. After hauling our luggage up to our room and arriving. Started to unpack. Had to use the restroom. Went into the bathroom. To find feces smeared all over the bathroom door. After trying to call the front desk to get somebody and no answer. I returned to the front desk to complain about the room. My first request was to queen size beds. They informed me they could not give us another room with two queen size beds but would update us to a king suite. At that time I was frustrated and tired. After hauling my luggage up. And now hauling my luggage back down to to the front desk so accepted the.room Now after getting the second room again attempting to get a bell hop to assist. Still could not get any assistance. So took it upon myself to grab one of their carts put our luggage on it and head to the room. After unloading it. I was kind enough to return the cart immediately back to the Bell area. I made it a point to let them know I took the cart. And that I am returning it. At this time I was frustrated and tired that people didn't offer assistance and really appeared not to care. Now as we arrive to the second room there are food trays out in the hallway. This is at time of arrival. We decide to unpack and go down to get a bite to eat. After heading back to our rooms the tray still remain on the floor not picked up with roach running down the hallway. I understand things happen in public places. But the topper was when I went to check out. I found that they had put $70 worth of movie charges which I never watched on my credit card. Now I'm very upset. When I go to complain and I talk about my story from the beginning. And how I was not going to make a big deal until these charges showed up. The lady at the front desk tries to tell me that it was chocolate on the door. As all the staff behind her start laughing. Bottom line is I was extremely disappointed that no one really cared or took responsibility that they screwed up. Instead they tried to cover up. Honesty is the best policy.People make mistakes we're all human. But if we don't admit to our mistakes we can't correct ourselves. We can't better our services or business. I was extremely disappointed and will not go back.

Mostly everything was great. The only drawback was you had to walk through smoking areas to get anywhere....ugh....

The shower in the room was absolutely disgusting. There was black mold all over the inside of the shower. Someone had fornicated on the main window, there was face and body smudges on the window, as well as bodily fluids. Very dissappinted for a resort to have this level of cleanliness.

The hotel is nice with lots of restaurants and pools. We stayed in the older rooms and found a cockroach in the room but otherwise the hotel seemed clean. It’s kind of like Vegas but a lot more family friendly as there were lots of children. We did go to the day and night clubs and they were fun. It’s nice to have this place close by. Would come back if there was a concert I wanted to see. I would stay in the newer rooms in the guitar if I come back though.

Check in was anything but smooth. I’m sure customers who are regulars know where to go etc .but I was not . Took almost 2 hours to deliver my luggage to room . No one was available to help a first time guest know where to go or check in
