Hotel was good for links to the parks however the food in the restaurant buffet was massively over expensive and a really poor selection

Pretty grounds in this hotel close to Disney. Shuttle was extremely packed and sometimes made extra stops in the morning and sometimes did not.
Bar was packed in the evening with loud children. Kind of wish the bar was separated from a family lounge area.

It’s got a year 2000 feel to it. Kids seem to quite like it.

When we arrived we were astonished that the "family room" had only half of an already small wardrobe available with only three hangers for clothes. There was virtually no floor space either so the entire week was spent picking wrinkled clothes from suitcases. This was made worse by the fact there was also no iron in the room.
The room was far too warm and when I told reception the air conditioning wasnt working they told me they had turned it off for the entire hotel. Every guest I spoke to complained their room was too hot. The wifi was atrocious which is not good with 7 and 11 year old girls. The tvs had only basic tv which consisted of mostly french speaking channels and as they were not smart tvs we had no netflix or similar to fall back on (although with no wifi they would have been useless anyway.)
The breakfast was also a massive let down.
In a hotel full of brits i would have hoped for some English/Scottish breakfast options but the only sausages were curry sausages and the bacon was rock hard over cooked streaky bacon.
No fried or poached eggs. No hash browns. No sausages or back bacon. No pancakes.
Basically it is by far the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I would barely give it a 2 star.
The hotel also charges for car parking. Pay each time you leave the car park. I thought this was ridiculous for a 4 star hotel.
Sorry but I would avoid this place at all costs.

Great stay. Reception were brilliant. Bathroom needed a little up dating as the room was beautiful

Great hotel, felt uncrowded and open. Great family room and easy, free shuttle bus to Disney where you can go on to Paris or into the parks.
Breakfast a little busy, but expected given the size and school holidays. Same woth return shuttle bus after the night show.
Will deffinately stay again

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting Disney , hotel is in a poor state and some very badly cleaned/maintained areas , the bunk bed my son was supposed to sleep in was falling apart, obvious signs of dirt build up on high traffic doors , dirty chairs in room , buffet breakfast was ok , the buffet evening meal was more expensive the Billy bobs in Disney and the choice and quility was poor ,, you also have to pay for parking and bottles of water are 7e ,, I would not stay again

The hotel is very deteriorated old, in need of renovations in the rooms, carpets and bathroom urgently.

We had an amazing stay at dream castle hotel. Staff were all very friendly. Outdoor pool was a real plus. The kids loved it. Highly recommend. Lovely breakfast.
Only downside is the shuttle bus on the way back from disneyland at the end of the day was awful. Very traumatic experience for the kids. Everyone was pushing to try and get on the bus. There should be a queue system to stop this happening.
So if you are going to disneyland and watching the display at the end of the day...get a taxi or use bolt app to get back to hotel.

A lovely hotel, with nice rooms and the outdoor pool is great on warmer days. The indoor pool can get over crowded espeshialy if next doors hotel uses it too. So we were not able to enjoy this facility for two of our nights. The car parking is expensive at £17 a day on top of Disney carparking at £30 if you're driving.

Trapped on an expensive island. I get it. We went for Disney. But the food options are limited and the price does not reflect the quality.

The bathroom was a bit old and tired otherwise everything was dreamy!

Dream Castle is an accommodation, where we have been in the past 15 years, more than 35 times. And every time a new hotel group takes over, in the beginning it's a Wonderfull experience, but afterwards is going down hill.
The main problem is the staff and it always has been. The check in in the hotel in the morning was awful, the lady at the desk was arrogant, didn't give any information. When I asked after tickets for the park, it wasn't possible. When I asked if a room was already available, that was no option, because the hotel was fully booked. Neverless on several websites there was lot's of availability left. Also when I asked for an invoice, she didn't had the time to make one.
We didn't receive a card the gain access to the swimming pool as usual. So we had to ask it at other guest to let us in. This after a 8 hour drive from the South of France.
At the swimming pool, we ordered two virgin mojito and 2 Coke for my Children. The virgin mojito did had any ice cubes in it, which was very pleasant in this heat. Also for my kids the Coke was warm.
The room was situated on the ground floor, and it was extremely loudly, until 4 o'clock in the morning.
The Dinner experience was dreadful, they should better close their restaurant, everything was overcooked. The fish was warm. Sausages were made of old roasted chicken, awful. The truth finds itself in a kids mouth. And it's was the thruth, they haven't eaten anything. The waiter waiting at the restaurant, to po

The property is beautiful, well kept and very family friendly.
I did not like the fact that there was no wash rags in the rooms, nor was there an iron or ironing board in the room. The guest breakfast was the same each and every single day which I grew tired of after day 3. When I need the front desk and always had to walk to the front desk because they never answer the phone when I call from the room. It's still a nice hotel to stay. The shuttle bus was a big plus.

We are a family who enjoys higher-end hotels. We seek having those “creature comforts” of home while traveling. When you walk into your room, you want to feel that you’re the only one that’s stayed there. There shouldn’t be any evidence of the previous guest. This hotel was an absolute dump, if our itinerary allowed for more than two nights’ stay, we would have left the property and found another hotel. The experience started the moment we walked off the lift. The smell of cannabis was evident to my family, including my 2 daughters. There was an electric box hanging by its wires in the hall. Then we got to the room, our key cards had not been programmed. After fixing that, we finally got into the room, this where the real disgust began. The WC was disgusting. The mirror was framed and the gold paint was worn off revealing red lines. The sconce lamps on each side of the mirror were shattered. The shower stall was even worse, as it apparently was never cleaned, mold was growing in every grout-line. The faucet was laden with mold as well. The toilet was stained and worn. Walking out into the room itself, the furniture was cheap and well worn. The carpet was stained everywhere. There was supposed to be internet, but though we were able to connect, nothing would load, suggesting a bandwidth issue. Lastly was our breakfast experience. We were sat at a table, went up to get some food, & returned not 5 min later to find the table was given away. Save your money for a better hotel

The hotel and grounds are simply stunning and you feel like you’re in a fairytale castle. Great value and very affordable. The free bus to Disneyland was convenient and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable, clean hotel. Facilities available for all ages.

That is Okay!!

Comfortable room and stay, but our room was poorly maintained with dirty grout and mildew in the shower, a shower drain that couldn't keep up, and the prices of in-hotel food options were berry high, but I guess that can be expected in a captive resort situation. We also had stained bedsheets. Definitely expect more based on their rates. The included breakfast was a highlight.

Pros - lovely reception area, friendly staff, room was a good size, the double bed was comfortable & there’s a decent size fridge in the room.
Cons - the single beds in the family room were child size so my two older teenagers didn’t sleep very well. No coffee machine in the room which I’d expect in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was mediocre and so busy we didn’t have it the second morning as couldn’t be bothered to wait in the huge queue. On the morning of departure we put the do not disturb sign on the door, despite this a cleaner knocked and then just let himself into the room which I was very unimpressed with.

Dirty bathroom, mouldy wall almost everywhere in bathroom , bathroom mirror was broken, found worm in salad during breakfast time .
Horrible tv signal and slow wifi.
I’ve got photos and video about my review.
Not recommended at all . Such a wasting money.

Got a free upgrade, hotel was gorgeous and the receptionist who checked us in was so nice and accommodating. Would have loved to have stayed longer!

It would be nice to have ice machine in the walkways

Nice place, poor location unless you are only going to Disney Parks. Service was terrible; not enough staff, no sign of management (if they were there, then they were useless!). Very overpriced, but in-line with Disney prices

Overall a good experience. The breakfast was amazing. They gave a room that had sort of a bad smell. think it was overall the 5th floor, because is a smoking floor, and I’m a non smoker.
Bed was comfortable, easy ride to Disneyland every 10-15 min, and it takes about 20-25 min total from the hotel to Disney considering all 4 stops in other hotels along the way.
The pool is nice, but is mainly for kids. Beautiful and big garden as well.

The property was beautiful as expected from a Disney property. The breakfast buffet was excellent(included) as Wes the dinner (not included).

Very nice hotel conveniently located near Disneyland. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was large and clean and staff were friendly. The bar area was small and expensive. €12 for a portion of fries.
The rooms were clean but didn’t expect paper cups for the tea making facilities.
The free shuttle bus to Disney parcs was very easy to negotiate and made this a very easy choice for a Disney holiday.

This is a nice and clean hotel if you are visiting Disneyland. As an Austrian, I found the breakfast buffet below average. But still I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect resort for a Disneyland Paris trip at a fantastic price. Hotel grounds are gorgeous and pools were excellent for parents and kids alike. Free breakfast buffet is another wonderful perk

The only issue we had was with the wifi turning on and off. The breakfast was wonderful and included with our stay. Free shuttle to Disney was also great! Overall we had a great stay!
