Hotel is very well located.couldn’t be more central. Walking distance to everything. Spacious rooms and good bathrooms. A bit dated, but they are currently refurbishing so should be good when it’s finished.

Nice hotel in a very good location. Had little trouble with the noise on first floor inside courtyard room as the ventilation system engine was just below the window and opening it was little disturbing. Ironically didn't find any ventilation in the room itself, so opening the window was kind of necessity.

Only one small window in room so you need to have lights on whole day. Very noizy because sounds from next room and from the street. Breakfast quite ok. Location okay even you have to walk few hundreds meters to get taxi as the hotel is in pedestrian area.

Basic hotel in a good location. Not a fancy hotel, but all the basics are covered. Not too shabby for this price point. The rooms are generally clean. Restaurants and shops are conveniently a stone throw away.

Location was great. No breakfast at the hotel. Comfy bed and good water pressure. The girl in the reception have us wrong info about time openings and offered us a taxi for the airport after telling us a much higher price that the bus. So I would not trust what they say

The hotek is clean , comfortable and in great location ..staff at reception were excellent helping with my general inquiries about the city ..I did not like the hotel attaching a photo of a beach 15 km away and saying that the hotel is next to the beach .

Stayed a few nights here while apartment hunting in Santa Cruz area. The location is perfect. Staff is mostly very helpful, and I would recomment.

The Adonis main plus is its location is superb next to shops, restaurants and transport and tram stop is 5 mins walk away. The price per night is great and loads of cafes around for breakfast. The down side room are small, walls a thin and ear plugs a must if you are a light sleeper but on the whole Santa Cruz is great and definitely worth a few nights to explore.

This is a good budget hotel recently refurbished. Very clean comfortable bed and good breakfast. Rooms onto the square are pleasant during the day but can be noisy at night so if you’re a light sleeper ask for a quiet room off the square but you won’t have a view.

Pro:- Very well located in the center of Santa Cruz. - Brekfast is better compared to oher 3star hotels- Rooms are cleanCons:- Room was smaller compared to what is shown on pictures- Some rooms are vis-a-vis to other building, which is too close with lots of noisy air conditioners.

Fab location and friendly staff. Also the breakfast options were many and of a very good standard.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and ideally placed in the town centre.
Just a couple of minor points - like so many hotels the shower tray was very slippery when wet.
Also one of the wardrobe doors was faulty but in a 5-night stay that was pretty unimportant.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to consult them.

Right in the centre so very convenient but not for light sleepers and big no around carnival when DJs boom outside the hotel at illegal sound levels until 6 am. Small rooms but very modern with safety box. Lovely rooftop breakfast with panoramic views which you will have at the sister hotel a few metres away

Stayed here a week during Christmas. Great location, decent rooms. Breakfast was average and it is worthwhile to go as early as possible because they tend to run out of the most popular dishes.
Parking is 10 euros a night around the area. Recommended.

The advertised resturant/bar was being worked on so not available. Add to that our room 305 was just below the work, we found out first morning. The jack hammer right above our heads. They were not able to give us another room. After that it was not that bad. We walked across plaza to sister hotel for breakfast, not ideal. Other cafes in block.

Very small room, clean. Breakfast was served at a different hotel. It said there's parking available if you book in advance. The parking doesnt belong to the hotel and requires a few min walking and a descending 3 floors underground by foot (try it with the luggage). At no point was it mentioned that we need to pay extra for it, it was only at the check out they demanded 10 euros for the parking for 1 night. Just be honest about the details, dont false advertise your buisness.

Everything was nice,hotel tidy and comfortable
Nice staff,but they should learn English language,the position of the hotel is perfect but there is a restaurant making noise under the hotel,so sometimes you cannot sleep in your room

The hotel is located in the heart of Santa Cruz which makes it very easy to access to public transport. I just had breakfast at the hotel and it was nice with a good selection of food. My first night was not very good as I was staying in the 3rd floor and I got all the noise from the restaurant which is in the 4th floor very early in the morning so if you don't want to get up that early don't stay in the 3rd floor. I moved to the 1st floor and it was much better.
The towels are very old so I think it's time to get new ones. Apart from that I had a very pleasant time in this hotel.

My room was well-maintained and clean. The in-room WiFi worked well. There was no extra charge to use the room safe (just a refundable key deposit). The electronic key worked reliably. No balcony though. A good hot shower and a comfortable bed. My only criticism is that the blue light on the TV was really bright and I had to cover it up at night to sleep.
The buffet breakfast was very good. Cereals, hot dishes (eggs, sausages, and Spanish dishes), pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, banana bread, etc. However, the coffee from the machine was uninspiring.
