I did not stay here. The staff at the front desk was rude. Even though there was a hurricane that hit the area, and I'm sure there were a lot of people looking for shelter due to power outages, the staff could have been more courteous. I'll never attempt to spend my money where the customer tis poor

The whole property was in bad condition, trash cans overflowing, outside looked dirty and not maintained, the pool was the nicest looking thing and it was closed. The room looked equally run down but it did look like it had at least been cleaned. However the safety lock on the door was missing 2 screws and the other two were barely hanging on! I did let them know and they "fixed" it. Houston was recovering from the hurricane so the TV and phones were not working which is understandable but $150 is way too much for 2 nights. We made the mistake of getting this place after having no power due to the hurricane. Will not stay here again and do not recommend!!

The lady at the front desk was super nice and efficient. Had zero issues checking in was quick in and out in 5 min. No big hassles. And when i had to extend my stay for an extra night- she was also very accommodating. It was so nice to actually be able to stay until the full checkout time 11 without having someone bang on your door or call and start harassing you to leave an hour before- as i have experienced with stays at other hotels in the past. It was so different to actually have someone NICE at the front desk!!!! I will definitely stay here again when I need a comfortable and affordable place in this area.

I loved that they we’re there in much needed place to stay i came to America that day on my own supposedly to meet someone but they weren’t there so needed a place asap to stay they we’re very accommodating made me feel safe lovely staff and uba drivers too Texas is amazing wish I’d have stayed longer ❤️

Although there was a couple of issues with the room, the attendant was very understanding and helpful. The tub was rusty and the television only showed two channels, but what made the stay great was the service from the attendant and the room was awesomely clean.

Rooms smelled stale, air didn’t work good all night work up sweating. Advertise breakfast and literally only had chocolate raisins brands and 2 hunny buns. Tons of parking but rooms were not up to par old with dirty carpet

Upon checking in the front desk guy was friendly and informed me of the policy, gave me the Wifi code as well as the code for the Ice Machine. It was rather quiet for the duration of my stay. Overall experience was good.

I accidently booked the wrong Super 8, while at another Super 8, I contacted Expedia that same moment and manager refused to refund for an honest mistake that was informed in a timely manner. It is unfortunate this man conducts himself with greed and zero empathy. I would avoid this place at all costs. I will submit a chargeback with my bank. Terrible experience.....

The staff at the Super 8 were helpful, kind, and understanding when my plans changed and i meeded to revise my booking, and then when they changed again after checking in. They made sure my stay was pleasant, they ensured the rooms were clean, and were friendly.

I understand check in is at 3pm, but they can do something we can do the check in a little before, like 2pm, if we wanted enter before we had to pay 30 dlls, we had to wait from 10:30am until 3, in other Hotels told us to call at 2 to see if we can check in.

I do not understand why, if you pay in advance, you have to spend 15 minutes at the desk checking in and dealing with slow attendants when you arrive.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. It was affordable and convenient location. The cleanliness of the room could have been a little bit better and the room was very stuffy when I first entered. Over I was pleased though.

My impression was that this hotel was partly renovated and hard hit by covid. The rooms and facade were freshly painted and well kept. I was in a non smoking room but it had an almost overpowering smell of cigarette smoke. The carpet needed replacing as it was stained and though superficially clean contributed to the cigarette smell. There was no maid service but that was OK for four days. The complementary breakfast was extremely slim.
I do not feel it is fair to give a poor review to a place that seems to be struggling during the pandemic. I think as they improve their cash flow they will upgrade.

Fist, when I went check in, the lady at the front seat was so polite and nice. Second, I ask her if we decide to stay another night, do you have extra room or can we stay in the same room? She told me not to worry because there are extra rooms and she said to make Reservation with Expedia because I will give you discount. Lastly, the lady kept her word and we did stay extra night. Room was clean, smell good and maybe it is just me but the pillows, blankets not only smell good it felt warm. I will 100% will recommend the hotel to friends and family. Oh, the location was so good because, the hotel was surrounded with all different fast food restaurants and Kroger plus was 5 minutes drive!!!

This place was so clean and comfortable. The check in was so accommodating. We never ate the free breakfast due to the comfy beds which caused us to sleep in every morn! Great location right next to a mall and restaurants every direction. A Soupet Salad right across the street.

The location can be difficult to get to - I would suggest using the Hwy 59 service road not FM1960.
