Front desk staff had a young crying child and barking small dog in the room to the rear of the check-in desk. Not very professional

The bathroom needed attention to detail, someone's hair and dirt behind door and near toilet. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our daughter.

This is always a great stay with great food options nearby.

The young man who checked us in did not seem to like his job. He was short and a bit rude. Pool was small and i believe a bunch of local kids were there swimming. They were throwing towels in the pool being awful. No adult supervision. Told front desk guy he didnt seem to care. Hot tub had sand in it. Wasnt impressed with pool area. Room was clean beds comfortable only thing was a funky smell when we 1st walked in. Front desk lady the next morning was very nice and pleasant to talk too. I would not stay there again with kids maybe if we were just passing through for a night.

The hotel was dirty noisy and had homeless people hanging around out front. Then the fire alarm went off at midnight because the dirty laundry room caught on fire. The fire department then arrived and wondered around another hour it was miserable.

Nice size room and clean. The king bed is long past due for being discarded. It was lumpy with dips. The TV remote did not work so we manually stood by the tv to change channels. Had to get out of bed to turn it off. Overall it was a nice hotel. With the hotel being fully booked it was quiet. We ran the fan all night so no noise interruptions. I would recommend.

Room was fine. The service was questionable; no one was at the front desk to check in, had to call the front desk to get someone. There was no breakfast food available at 7:20.

Finally hollered if anyone was there and a young man came out from behind the wall. Not overly welcoming!
Ladies at desk on checkout were very friendly.
Someone’s dog barked ( like it was locked in a vehicle) for app 2 hours in the middle of the night awakening us. 😞

Our stay was just ok. Room is getting a little dated and could have been cleaner. Wasn’t great and wasn’t horrible.

As mentioned in other reviews, the carpet is “interesting “. It has a weird feel on the feet and requires some attention. Many guests had issues with the key cards, including us yet they don’t seem to fix the issue. Our bathroom also needed a refresh. The shower dripped nonstop and there the soap residue buildup which needed to be addressed. Breakfast was good but the fitness centre and pool areas look like they need a good cleaning.
