I dont like giving bad reviews, but this stay was bad. We got in late, about 1030 pm. The lady at the desk looked at our booking, said just a minute, and went to talk to her manager. Came back and didnt say anything, just sat down. When I asked if everything was ok, she simply said, hope so. After waiting about 10 more minutes, the manager finally come oit, and the 2 ladies started talking to eachother, not us. Finally they tell us that they only had a 1 bed room, not 2 beds, like I booked. There were four of us, so that wasn't going to work. I obviously wasnt too happy. They finally said they had a cot they could put in the room for us. It was late, we were tired, and I didnt want to look for a different hotel. When we got to the room, our key cards didnt work. They had to let us in, never got the keys fixed for us. On one wall, none of the outlets worked. The AC unit didnt work either. We finally got settled, my oldest son tucked in the chair, when the neighbor ended up fighting. We had to listen to a guy calling someone, some very bad things for a bit. After we finally gotnto sleep, I woke up later to them fighting again, ugh. Through the whole thing, we barely got a sorry, and definitely not compensated for the whole mess up. A discount would have been nice, because none of what happened was our doing. I I will never stay there again, and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The staff here goes above and beyond to accommodate! They make sure the rooms are clean. And they know how to give directions, which is always a huge help.

The bathroom fan sounded like it was going to take off, and the bathroom was clean enough but there was someone else’s pube stuck to the wall. Everything else was fine. The free breakfast was just cold instant items like cereal and mini muffins.

People next door had tv so loud that we had to turn our tv loud to drowned out sports.shower nozzle had a leak sprayed everywhere in bathroom like walking in water On the bright side the room was clean

It was taken over by tree cutting company. Grilles set up in parking lot with chairs and tables taking up parking spots. They drained ice machines before heading out on the job in morning.

The evening and morning desk clerks were polite and friendly. There is no elevator, so it was a struggle to get all in our room. There was a door between our room and the next - walls and door were thin because we could hear talking until late. Tub drained slowly, but shower head was good. The place was clean, but there was still an acrid smell throughout hotel. In the morning our toilet would not flush properly. Management was notified, but it embarrassed us.

The floor was sticky, Evan after they went and remoped it. Paint was pealing off the walls in the bathroom, sink faucet was about to come off the sink. Food and previous tenants socks were left under the bed.

no rooms available even though we had confirmed reservations. Hotel was dirty and run down. We cancelled and they waived the cancellation fees. We will never consider Super 8 again.

The coffee maker was no where near an outlet, couldn’t find a place to put it where I could plug it in, so, no morning coffee. Half the outlets didn’t work any way, half the lights were missing bulbs. Was rated as a 3 star hotel, should be 1 star.

Carpets and doors need replaced.. Our room looked to be freshly painted but the place needs a makeover. Was $30 more than our Motel 6 in Great Falls and not near as nice. Hotel is dog friendly and there were a couple there but we didn't hear them at all.

I will say first I got the best sleep I have had at a hotel in a long time and the customer service was great. It was pretty busy when I arrived with a long line of people. The front desk did well and my room was clean, that is about all I really care about. I was a bit apprehensive when I pulled up to the Super 8 not going to lie. It looked like some of it was boarded up form the back. I feel like it doesn't quite look the same as you see in the advertisement. Definitely an older hotel which I guess for 150.00 a night being the cheapest in town that night that is what you get. I would stay here again.

The Rooms are not Up to date old beds / Mattress not Comfortable pillows are Not comfortable paint peeling off walls . It's an outdated property. But the inside of room is clean outside halls and carpet could be replaced
