Right opposite the train station and a relatively short foot walk to the city center. I had a very pleasant stay in a comfortable room. I can recommend the breakfast buffet.

I visited the city before and stayed at this hotel again. This time, too, I enjoyed a very comfortable 8-night stay. I stayed in a very clean air_conditioned room, with a refrigerator, safe, and bathtub(!). Guests can use their sauna and pool, which is also good. Staff are friendly. The hotel is located right across the central station. If only they had a coin laundry!

Area is really close to the HBF, so catching an early train was easy and the facilities it is attached to are really nice, only issues we had is that my partner and I booked a queen bed and they gave use two twins for the same price and blamed expedia and they charges us again uon checkout despite paying ahead through expedia.
They had rooms with king size beds and would let us stay in one of those, but for an extra fee, which we did not do and we were able to get refunded after being charged, but wasn't the easiest stay.

We booked a comfort room for three, but upon arrival, it was only set up for two. When we pointed this out to the reception, they gave us two choices: either receive a blanket, pillow, and linnen to set up the extra bed ourselves, or take a smaller/cheaper room that was already set up for three, but without any compensation on the price.
We chose the first option, but then the receptionist mentioned that she wasn’t sure about the bedding and handed us two packages, which turned out to be just two pillows. In the end, our son had to squeeze into our bed, and all three of us slept very poorly.
It was a very disappointing service and a poor experience overall. We will _not_ be staying there again nor recommending it to anyone else.

Very convenient for the train station. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean room with very comfortable beds. It would have been nice to have air-conditioning as I found the bedroom too warm and although it was possible to open the windows, there was too much road noise for me. It might not bother other people.

Very nice and comfortable room. Great bed. One of the best night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and plenty of choice.
Downside was the very poorly signposted entry to their car park. We arrived when it was dark and it was near impossible to find. You had to get out the car and walk up close to see if it was the right place.

Really nice hotel at a great location, near the station and very close to the city centre. Rooms are cosy and clean. Friendly staff, and most important, really dogfriendly! Upon arrival, they put water and foodbowls and even a dog bed ready for our dog. Really appreciated that! Would certainly recommend this place :)

The hotel and parking was not good. It is undergoing refurbishment, which did not help. The parking was incredibly difficult at times and we would not have booked had we realised how bad it was. Most of the staff were really helpful and the restaurant staff were really nice and we dined there most of the time, because despite the restaurant being very busy at times the staff were very attentive. The housekeeping was a little bit lacking at times, tea and coffee not replenished and hotel staff not having access to supplies. Towels not changed and bins not emptied, but the room was clean.

Nice hotel a 10 min walk from the old city center. There is a small parking lot by the hotel, but also a big parking house just 100 meters away. The breakfast was fine and the pool area was good. Wood stay there again.

Very clean hotel, with a great breakfast bar. The room could be a bit stuffy at times, but at least you can open the window. Location is nice, near the train station. Parking could be tricky. There is limited parking and if there is no space, I don't see a close alternative.

Advena hotel is average selling themselves as 4 star. Cleaners are great and reception team is kind of average and in some instances not nice at all. I definitely wont be booking advena hotel never again even though I visit osnabrueck 10 to 13 times annually.

it was a 1 night stay , but I felt the Hotel is nice , clean and will stay there next time, rate also very good

Location is perfect in front of the main railway station and bus depot.The hotel is clean and the staff extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet is fresh and adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location right across from the train station, yet the rooms were very quiet. The spa was enjoyable - although being American the nudity was a bit of a surprise for my wife :) The hotel is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the town center along a small river. The path is lit at night so you feel secure. Or you can just walk the city streets. We used the hotel as a basis for visiting Osnabrücks Christmas markets (there are several in the city) and others in the area.
