Wonderful hotel in the Soho district. Easy walk to lots of food and shopping. Very nice front desk staff. Due to our early arrival, they provided an early check-in as soon as the room was ready. Nice sized room and bathroom. Fun bar!

The Key to door did not work, tv was out of order and outdated. Lounge area was dodgy. Breakfast don’t do it.

The location is perfect, 2 mins from tube. Right in the mix of Soho. Rooms were very quiet considering how busy it is outside.
Staff not really informative, I had to ask questions regarding breakfast, checkout, where the lift was. Room was ok, shown signs of wear and tear, hotel was also a bit beaten on places, 1 out of 2 lifts worked. And the lift that was working had buttons missing.
Swimming pool was ice cold.
Breakfast was decent though.

This is my first choice in London for access to the excitement of Soho but on a quiet street. Steps from Mayfair, Fitzrovia, and Marylebone. The swimming pool is all of four meters square and doesn't open till 10, so that shouldn't be a major factor. Breakfast was below comparable hotels. But you can't beat location and price.

We stayed 6 nights at the hotel. The first room we stayed didn’t had internet connection for wifi. Next day I notified them and told them to fix wifi bcz I can’t be without internet. They were kind enough to upgrade my room where internet connection was good. I would definitely stay with them again. I liked the service from the host Tich

This is definitely a 3-5 star hotel but worth it for location alone. Very convenient walk to the underground, shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool has odd hours (10a-7p) making it difficult to use and the spa was not open. The room itself was clean, with housekeeping visiting everyday. It could use some maintenance, fresh paint, cracks on ceiling etc. They lock front doors at night but if you ring the bell after hours will let you in so I felt safe. Overall was a good stay!

Very convenient location to SoHo and many shops and restaurants close by. Staff is wonderful.

Fantastic hotel, comfortable rooms, great location right next to The London Palladium, and a little bit of history too with the cells in the bar!
Bar, concierge and Reception team were friendly and helpful, although we didn’t need to ask for anything out of the ordinary, just check in and luggage store.
We did not eat here so cannot comment on food service.

Staff were all very obliging, often above and beyond what we expect. Staffing levels meant no queueing. A relaxed one night visit to London

Staying in an old courthouse was cool. The dining areas and lounge were converted magistrate rooms and the lounge even had cells where you could enjoy a drink. The staff and service was impressive.

The room was tatty and in much need of decorating. The curtains didn't fully cover the window. The air conditioning didn't work. The shower did not hang over the bath properly so you could not stand under it and it kept falling out of the wall. A disappointing stay for the rating of the hotel.

Our key did not work and there was noone who could fix it and the only solution was to get someone upstairs with us to open the door. At first we found it funny but that did nit last long! The TV did not work either and we never asked someone to fix it since no one could fix the door....
The room was clean but really needs to be renovated.
After our stay we looked at previous comments from guests an they have similar stories as we. Therefore our experience is even more disapointing, they really have had opportunities to do better because they have had complains...but have not done it!
It would be appropriate to give us discount or even full refund. "We are very sorry" is not enough. Empty words with no meaning.

Great location, as a tourist it's close to everything and room was a decent size, especially for a London hotel, but it did not feel like 5-star hotel, it was missing the 5-star touches.

Old rooms in desperate need of a refin. Dirty/Stained sofa, and carpets. Bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Enjoyed my three day stay at Courthouse Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and I also enjoyed a lovely breakfast there.
One complaint was I had to report the television in my room four times before it was finally fixed by a nice man who took the time to sort the box out under the television which hadn’t been done on the other three occasions. Apart from that it was an enjoyable experience.

The rooms although large, are quite dated and need a refurbishment. The air conditioning didn't work properly & couldn't get room cool. Couldn't open window either! TV didn’t work & even after someone supposedly fixed it, still didn't work. Ran out of sugar as it wasn't replenished. Very expensive hotel & definitely didn’t deserve 5 stars! On the plus side the staff was helpful & friendly.
