I would stay again .. it was close to everything.. Parking was kind of a pain.. Because it was full .. you just have to wait.. We waited like 10 minutes

Perfectly fine room, cleaned every day. The safe could have been bigger; laptops don't fit. Most (all?) rooms face the square, which may be noisy until midnight some nights and then cleaned in the morning by machines around 7.30 am. I slept fine in between.

Very well placed hotel with beautiful views facing the beach and central to town, close to bars and restaurants. Lovely public areas, nice rooms. Only had two meals there which were a little below expectations. The rooftop pool and bar is a great place to chill out.

the quality of the hotel in general was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was very good as well. would highly recommend.

Pool was closed for private event. So guests have no access.

Had to ask 3 times for towels as room was not cleaned

I chose Hotel Baia mainly for the location. You can walk to everywhere in Cascais easily. Auchan supermarket is about ten minutes walk for snacks wine and nibbles. So many bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate area you’ll never be able to see them all. Beach is right across the road. To the left about a five minute walk is a miles long promenade with more beaches and lidos. To the right is the lighthouse and cute little bays and shopping. Right outside you can jump on “bird” scooters and scoot for miles. So much fun. Breakfast is reasonable. Usual eggs, cereal and bread products. Brunch on Sunday is to die for. Ice is charged by the bucket, which is ridiculous and my only complaint. Guy behind the bar is a bit miserable (glasses, middle aged) That was the only staff member who was in any way less that five stars. Room is small but adequate, balcony view is fabulous. Beds are hard. This is unfortunate. For the price the beds need to be plusher. Bathroom is very nice with a big shower.

The room was perfect for a family. Very accommodating as far as space and the number of televisions. The reception staff was extremely helpful and warm. The facility was quiet and elegant And situated in a great spot on the bay. Would go back in a heartbeat

Gleaming hotel in ideal location across from the beach and walkable to fortress/art spaces and tons of restaurants/shops. Family room very spacious and comfortable for 4 people. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel, excellent location facing beach and other beaches nearby. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff clean hotel, I like the roof top pool and lounge chairs and bar. I would definitely return.

Great hotel in great location

I really loved the location of this hotel, although I thought the decor was a bit underwhelming. The rooms were so plain and the bedding was .. NOT GOOD. We were cold and they gave us some very natty looking old blankets. I guess that's all they had! Also, their pool area is abysmal. It's under a skylight , not outdoors, and its this hot humid area that nobody would swim in unless they were children( who will swim anywhere) > they really need to redo their whole pool area. It could be fantastic given the view and location.

Location is unbelievable and breakfast is good. Our air conditioning didn’t work. When I asked at the desk, they told me to just open my window. It was a Saturday night and town was very loud. We did not sleep well. Bathroom also smelled like a sewer. Elevators are extremely slow, so plan to take the stairs. Pool is freezing. This hotel has one of the most amazing locations in all of cascais. That is the only reason I would stay at this hotel.

Hotel was clean and modern. Balcony provided a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Breakfast was included. Overall I would say this is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it for its convenience and accommodations.

Great place to stay, in the center of things to do in Cascais, a Lisbon hop-on-hop-off bus stops in front of the hotel, bus also train to Lisbon stop very near the hotel. My wife had her birthday while we were staying in the hotel, and when we came back to our room that day, they supprised us by putting a bottle of prosecco and cake in our room with a card congratulating her from the hotel. What a service!

Beautiful views, amazing breakfast, nice rooftop with a bar and a small pool. Service was excellent, parking was easy and safe. Everything was excellent. Only “cons”: the elevators are extremely slow, old and small, the A/C is very old and it’s tough to reach the remote high up on the wall, and that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan so it got very hot and fogged up the whole room. Again, just small details but great stay otherwise Very close to soooo many restaurants and shops

Great location right across from the beach, great view from the balcony during the day at the boats and water and even at night when the area picks up, walkable to everywhere in Cascais and easy to get a Bolt to take us in to Lisbon. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke very good English and the rest really tried. I didn’t love that 2 of the 4 afternoons the rooftop pool and bar were closed for private events. It was my birthday while we were there and the staff left a bottle of sparkling wine and 2 pieces of cake as a birthday surprise!

The family and I enjoyed our stay very much, I would stay there again.
