Walkable from train station and to town . Excellent breakfast and comfortable beds ! Great stay before cruise

This is not a “Hotel”. The check In location is a hotel. The room is 0.40 miles away and you need to walk and drag your luggage. There is no heat or AC. They do not clean the place. This is run down third world ghetto. Worst place I have stay in my 30 years of travel. I have stayed in more than 200 hotels.

If you are walking to this hotel from Ravenna Train station make sure to us the underground walk way. Saves a lot of walking time. There isn’t much around the hotel area for food. If you are looking to visit old Ravenna it’s a walk through some areas that I didn’t feel safe.

Located by the port, across from the train station, and a block away from Theoderic’s Tomb the hotel offers easy access to a very walkable city. You are no more then 20ish minutes from the city centre and all of the sites it offers. Highly recommend the top floor suites which have amazing light in the morning.

The apartment is too dark. And too far away from the hotel if you are walking with heavy luggage.

Good location

I booked a room with multiple beds because it was me and another lady. Got there and they had downgraded us to a single bed. For those that don’t know these are more like full beds than queen. She said she was very sorry but they had an issue with their reservation program and asked if we still wanted it…I asked if she had an additional room available…she said no it was sold out…did we want…well we need someplace to sleep. This room was so small I sat in the closet until the other lady got in bed because we couldn’t move around the room at the same time. When it was my turn to get ready for bed I noticed there was only 1 towel. I go to the lobby, it’s a man now, and ask for another towel. He says your room is for 1 person so you only get 1 towel!! I said then why did YOU put 2 people in it…showed him my reservation but it did no good! I went outside to calm down and a family with 2 small children walked in and were turned away too!! Overbooked and don’t care at all!!

I booked the room because the hotel was across the train station not knowing that the property owns several buildings around. We had to walk another mile from the main building and the receptionist made us believe that the apartment was behindthe main building. The area looked creepy and was not safe for pedestrians with many cars passing (we had to cross many streets), and not convenient when walking with luggage.The apartment was large but extremely outdated and old. No coffee maker ,no coffee, tea, and the air-conditioner was only good for the living room. We wanted to have breakfast in the main building and were told by the receptionist that because they are fully booked, and because we booked an apartment can not be accomodated. This was not mentioned when booking. I can say that this was the worst experience for my family ever and we have traveled the world.

The personnel are very kind and helpful

My family really liked this property. We stayed at Residence Mosaic which means we had a full apartment to ourselves. But thankfully we had a car because it was about a ten minute walk away from the check in desk and we arrived well after dark. The main hotel is located very close to the train/bus station which is probably why it felt unsafe. From the apartment, low cost transfer to the cruise terminal was challenging for our party of 6. The shuttle advertised at the hotel was 20 euro/person. Royal Carribean had a shuttle for $10/person. However, we’d turned in our car and, for both of these options, the walk with our luggage was too difficult for some of our party. There’s a bus stop nearby the residence but it was closed on Sundays. We were about to call a taxi when the groundskeeper offered to drive us for less than 20 euro total! These comments are based on us staying in the apartment as opposed to the hotel. The Royal Carribean shuttle is close to the main hotel. Overall, I’d recommend this place. It was great to have our whole party in one place with the two bedroom apartment and it was clean and a great price.

Worst hotel experience of our life. According to the website the hotel has air conditioner but the rude owner decided to shut off the air conditioner of all rooms. When asked about it he said that the weather was going to be nice therefore he turned them off. He was extremely rude and will not allowed us to talk. We asked for a refund of our money and he gave it back very rudely. The owner preferred to not do business with 5 people rather than turn the A/C on. How dare him tell me how to be comfortable? Will not recommend at all!!!

Hotel in a good location. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast very good. Near the train station so expected some noise but this was very minimal and did not disturb.

Great location to park your car, forget about it and just discover all the main attractions in Ravenna (right on the Darsena waterfront, less than 5 minutes on foot away from Teodorico's mausoleum or the Brancaleone Fortress and 15 minutes from the complex of San Vitale/Galla Placidia). The room wasn't enormous but convenient and all amenities were correct (including some very appreciated extra free toiletries for the guests and cold mineral water in the fridge). Spotless clean and with very friendly staff. Breakfast is included (simple but always well accepted). Only one down-note either the hotel uses the same remote control for all rooms (thus they can interfere with other random room's tv sets) or we had a jokster poltergeist in our room as our TV turned itself on by itself a couple times during our stay (most annoyingly once at 5am....)

Modern upscale room and large for Europe. Interesting wooden ceilings. Not in the historic center but a brisk walk and you are there.

This is a nice hotel, good breakfast and good to reach by car. The city center is on the other side of the railroad tracks, but within walking distance.

The staff were unhelpful, it's on a busy main road next to railway station with cargo trains running all night, could not get any sleep. Aircon was broken all it did was make a hot room into a furnace.
