Good quality hotel for a reasonable price close to the centre of Bilbao (one footbridge crossing).

The staff went over and above for us both during our stay and after our departure to reunite us with forgotten belongings.
It is clean, nice, and well located. Even if a little hard to find. :)

The reason I give 3 stars for service is because of an incident in the café. We ordered 3 coffees from a not so interested bar attendant. When I paid with card I accidently pulled out my card from the machine too early (the screen showed a green ✅️ so I assumed it was done). The man got quite annoyed and restarted the process accompanied with a long mumbling of swear words in Spanish (mierda etc.) Not very nice... But everyone else have been very accomodating and been very service minded.

The airco was not working. Although it was a Sunday, the handyman came and the airco was fixed. Good service!

Myself and 2 friends had a triple room. The en-suite within the room has frosted doors that aren’t sealed so not only can you see silhouettes when showering/going to the toilet, there no sound proofing. This can make it very awkward for couples or friends.
This was the only complaint for the hotel. There was a great selection for breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and location couldn’t have been better. Everything is walkable!

Parking is costly and the prices need to be made clearer before booking. Very tight and small spaces.
Pet friendly- the reason why I booked. However there was no mention of the additional cost of 25Euros when making the booking. Cost brought to my attention when checking in. Think the cost of a pet should be on the hotels information before booking.
Hotel bar and restaurant was awful. Service unbelievably slow, limited menu and the food is clearly pre packaged, heated up then served. We could hear the food being microwaved and taken out of its “ready meal” packaging. Partners lasagne was ok, my pulled pork sandwich was stone cold and couldn’t eat it.
Don’t think I will stay again.

Nice hotel let down by a stressful parking experience. The booking does not provide information on parking - once we had found the garage underneath the hotel, it was full, we had to buzz reception and it took us 40 minutes with an out of service street parking meter to find a street spot and work out how to pay and park. The room was nice and clean. Tea/coffee provisions were a bit measly - we were given two coffee pods but one was decaf.

This hotel looks great from the outside and lobby, but is tired inside and in need of a refresh. Our room had deeply worn carpet and the wall coverings were coming off in places. The air vent for the room had a fair bit of dust on it - easily seen and cleaned if anyone looked or cared. The e bed was comfortable. No iron or steamer, which is an oversite for any hotel - clothes get wrinkled in suitcases. Of the 3 hotels we stayed in while in Spain, this was in a distant third place.

Excellent location, walking distance to all main attractions and sightseeing in a safe area.

Nice hotel, convenient to walk to the Guggenheim and into the older tourist part of town. Area felt safe also near to the funicular, breakfast was ok.

We didn’t have a room facing the river but it was comfy and quiet for my family. Didn’t have breakfast or meals but location was great for walking to the old town or just across the white bridge to access everything else. Short walk to funicular with supermarket there. Staff were very friendly and professional.

This hotel has a great location. It is a short walk to the Guggenheim Museum and just across the river from the main shopping area and a 20min to Old Bilbao where tapas must be had. The staff is excellent. We had several questions on parking and they were precise. We forgot some items at the hotel and they were great at recovering them and sending them back to us. The room was clean and spacious - we were given a nice corner room facing the Nervión River. We could see the Guggenheim in the distance behind the trees lined along the river. The rooms are dated and so is the furniture. You can see chips and dents all over. It is ready for an upgrade. That would be the only negative.

Hotel is well located on riverfront, with Casco Viejo one way & the Guggenheim in the other direction. Rooms are comfortable & hotel weas able to get adjoining rooms with my young adult children.

Super location, on the riverfront between the old town and the Guggenheim, close to both. Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room and beds. Ideal place for a stay in Bilbao.

Didn't have the best stay in a triple room with my two sons. The ensuite bathroom and toilet was not ventilated and was separated from the bedroom by a glass door with no closing latch or lock. On top of that, the door left a 1cm gap. Zero privacy.
The aircon was very noisy, like somebody drilling through the wall.
Little surprise of a €23 bill to park my car for one night too.

The hotel's proximity to both the old town and the Guggenheim museum makes it the ideal location. When it came to checking in and out, the staff was all welcoming and accommodating. Our room was neatly maintained, quite large, and had a very comfortable bed. However, because the shower's drainage was a little plugged, we had a minor issue. Even with this minor issue though, we had a pleasant stay.
