It was all good

Bad on every level. Smell of mold, no towels in the room. Receptionist cursing at the desk. Food could not be any worse

Very close to the stadium. We were there for a football game. Clean and friendly. Would stay again if was attending an event.

Terrible, had to move room 3 times because of an overhead bathroom leak that could not be fixed and 2nd room with a door lock problem! TV in all 3 rooms had no signal and did not work. Could not get a receipt for my charges upon check out; had to be e-mailed to me which I have not received would not print one out! Horrible hotel experience!!!

Very outdated and dirty. The TV was so outdated so you get minimal channels. For a couple hundred dollars, I would have much rather stayed somewhere else! This was a getaway for my Husband and I (which we never get). Highly disappointed ☹️

Not good service

1/ third of the floor was soaking wet from the air conditioning system condensation I think it was and the room had a very strong smell of mildew. There were also no cost in the bathroom. And the refrigerator did not work. Only one plug on each bed they have set up outlets worked

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make trip due a lack of flights the hotel was unable to cancel or transfer the room. It was Labor Day weekend so I find it hard to believe they couldn’t work w/ me.

The staff was ok, but the manager was rude. She even got into an argument with one of her staff members as I was checking in. The blinds in my room did not work; they were broken. I told the manager about it, and she said maintenance would show up to fix the blinds. After asking the front desk twice about this, maintenance never showed up during our four-day stay. We asked for towels a few times, and the manager said they would be delivered to our rooms. We never received the towels. When I returned to the front desk, a different employee was there. She was able to give me the towels I requested. I told her that the manager had never sent me any towels earlier, and her reply was, "That's not surprising; she doesn't help anyone around here." I told the manager that our room key didn't work after three attempts. She scolded me in front of my child, telling me to keep the room key away from my phone and wallet. After telling her I didn't even have my phone and wallet near me and the key still didn't work, she got quiet, ignored me, and finally gave me a new key. If you want to stay at a hotel where the manager gets a kick out of being in control and rude to customers, this is your place to stay!

Check in was great. Problem with the room keys. Never worked had to go down and get new ones every time and even had to have someone come up and reset the door pad. Very inconvenient Also no hot water in the shower. Tried backwards and still nothing. The lady at check out was rude and said that I did not know how to turn the water on properly. I felt that she should not have any contact with customers.

The water is cold it does not get steam hot

Water was leaking from the a/c and the carpet was wet. I was awoken by people fighting in the room next door at 3:00am. I probably will not stay at this hotel again.

For one night, after a college football game (muggy night too). Room was fine but there was a musty odor and dampness in air- at first I didn't notice because I was so tired and had been in a very muggy atmosphere. They could really use some damp rid!

The hotel has an old smell. Our first room was on the 4th floor and it was extremely smelly. The hotel staff changed our room to the first floor. The smell was less but not gone. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good.

Our room smelled of mold! As we were leaving for dinner we heard another couple say the same thing about their room.

It was a nice stay. Just getting on and off the property was difficult.

We stayed at this hotel for the local concert we were attending. Upon entering the hotel it was a great experience. The lobby was clean and the hotel attendant was very nice. Once we got out of the elevator in the 4th floor is smelled highly of urine. Then when we opened our door to our room the smell of mildew and mustiness smacked you in the face. It almost took your breath away. The only reason I did not go down and ask for another room is we’re running behind and only had a few minutes to change and make it to the concert. We found that carpet by the air conditioner was very wet and was probably causing most of that smell. When we returned late from the concert and got into bed and looked at the ceiling there was mold surrounding the sprinkler with rust inside of it. The shower was slowly dripping water as well. We were only sleeping there one night and leaving in the morning. I wouldn’t ever choose to stay there again. I also never got emailed my receipt from my stay when I checked out in the morning.

The front desk staff was friendly however the house keepers did not keep up with the cleanliness at all. I left trash bags and dirty towels at the door to be removed daily as I keep the room very clean and tidy for my stay. The trash was never picked up my entire stay and we went 2 days with no clean towels. I have pictures for proof.

Room are old, smell and dirty, the fans not even working in the bathroom!

Room was clean and spacious but had a musty smell. The bathroom exhaust fan was inoperable which may have contributed to the smell. After a shower I noticed water droplets on the bath ceiling. Hope they read this and take care of it.

Nice quiet and clean

No one spoke any English except the girl who checked us in. We asked for extra blankets and sheets for the pull out and they sent to wrong room because they don't know English. Anytime we had a question they just looked at us and said, "okie". Duct tape keeping the carpet down throughout the hotel, never any pool towels, breakfast was mediocre at best. Won't ever stay here again.

It wasnt terrible just not a great area Henry the hobo sleeps in the gazebo out back and the hooker walk out at 5 am was fun to watch but hey thats tampa the staff was great we got locked out of our room at 4 in the morning and they got us baack in fairly quick its just seems like an old hotel that got remodeled it has quirks but still decent

Wasn’t able to check in when expected, room wasn’t clean. Staff was unprofessional. Beds uncomfortable. Not enough lighting.

Everything is on the verge of falling apart. Three bulbs missing or burned out, shower either too hot or too cold plus leaking, water damage evident, mold smell, curtains inoperable, unknown substance around the door, keys stop working after first day, loud groups loitering in halls. Friendly staff though.

Property location is good except the cleanliness and breakfast is very basic
