Location is magnificent - close to restaurants, trams and beach. Property itself is dated but that is not a deal breaker for me. The view in our apartment was obscured by building in front . If booking this property ask for apartment on higher floor. Would definitely stay here again

Great value for money and close to all services

Filthy, unhealthy outdated unit. Some items unable to use due to health risk ( microwave burnt inside and rusted and filthy) pots and pans not washed and burnt. Cutlery no desert spoons. Cups and glasses chipped cracked. Good location and views. Have stayed before but never have the units been so filthy and outdated and need repair.

The unit we were in needs a big clean and update. Very worn with a carpet mat in lounge that should have gone long ago. Blankets need a launder we just never felt clean in the unit. Great location and view but that’s where it stops.

The unit had absolutely stunning ocean views . The interior was a little tired but who cares all you look at is the view . Location was perfect easy walk to all or the light rail was so convenient. I will be back .

We Rented an apartment here for my husbands birthday weekend. The weekend was great, however the accommodation was appalling. The apartment had 2 couches in it, one was perfect, the other was old and had tears in it. The coffee table had a huge mark on it. The walls were dirty and stained. The balcony was putrid. It was the bathroom that was the absolute worst though.. It was gross. It was a tiny broom cupboard really, containing washer and drier, basins, toilet and shower. It was old and out dated and grubby. The shower was one of those old showers with the bathtub in the bottom, it was like a pill capsule stood on its end. It was so gross i felt dirtier getting out of that shower than i did getting in it. There was mold in the grout and the floor actually moved under your feet. Like there was nothing under the shower bottom. It was such a small shower you barely had room to turn around. We wont ever stay in this establishment again.

Clean spacious apartment, friendly staff, great location, close to cavill without the noise. Beach across the road, beautiful views. We have rebooked for next year again, simple process. Request of high floor was given, very happy. Yes the property is dated compared to others, but i really have no complaints, apartment had everything we needed!
