I had a very pleasant stay. Very clean. Quiet. The staff were awesome and friendly. Close to everything in and around Old Quebec. I would stay there again if the opportunity ever presents it self.

Everything was great, but during breakfast, the manager's expression was unpleasant. I couldn't tell if it was because they didn’t like me and my family or if that’s just how they look, but it was uncomfortable enough to notice.
As a hotel owner in Manhattan myself, I would have immediately let go of any staff showing that kind of expression. It wasn’t just about enjoying the meal; I felt uneasy just sitting there because of it.
The manager even took the salt and pepper from my table without saying a word. Shouldn’t they at least ask before doing that? It felt like they were grabbing something that belonged to them.
It’s truly disappointing to be staying in the largest room for two nights at a hotel with such poor manners, only to feel upset two days in a row. I even felt bad for making my young son uncomfortable in this situation.

The staff were super friendly! We arrived with our dog and they gave us a map of the area with a list of dog friendly restaurants. The room was more spacious than I thought! Parking could be an issue (depending on your car size). Our car was too large to fit in the garage associated with the hotel, but we easily found street parking across from the hotel.
Overall, it was a great stay!

Hôtel was a bit shabby - room carpet was in a mess. The communal areas were clean but too small for the number of guests / particularly the breakfast stea.

Room was clean which is most important to me. Bathroom was nice and shower was very good. The bed was comfortable. Great location to walk around the area. The breakfast is good but the area gets very crowded. We were fortunate to get a parking space at the hotel. I called the hotel right after booking online and got the parking reservation.

The parking was so small and their staff parked the car blocking our parking spot, and there were 4 nails sticking out on the pillar that scratched our car when backing out.

The place was very expensive for what was offered. The biggest issue was the staff. When I mentioned that there was mold in the shower, their reaction was defensive and did not offer a solution.
The other problem with the staff is that they're unwilling to communicate on what is and is not available at the time of check-in. It was not a language issue as I speak both French and English. I think they need some basic understanding of customer support. I would never stay there again, although I would say it is very quiet which I appreciate.

The floors had a slimy film and I had to wear flip flops in the room. There was also a leak fr somewhere in the walls. The floors were wet in some areas.

The hotel was horrible with poor service/facility. The AC was making loud machine sound and it was not working at all. Woke up with bad sweat in the middle of night. We have informed the staff and they did not want to take any action other than asking us to change the temperature of ac, which really did not help. The bed sheets were not clean at all and got skin rashes. The only thing that was likable is the location of the hotel being in the heart of old Quebec city.

This hotel has a wonderful location in the Old City. We loved our room and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. There were some nice little perks like breakfast available to purchase (reasonably priced), wine for purchase, and an espresso machine near the front desk. I would recommend this hotel.

Very clean property, easy walking throughout Old Quebec and numerous dinning and shopping options. Parking for my motorcycle was excellent and a dumb waiter available for loading and unloading.

Be aware, they have a VERY small parking lot and they do not have enought spaces for hotel guests so you may want to call ahead to see if there is availability before booking your room or you will be parking in a piblic lot about 8 min walk from hotel. If you drive a large truck, it may not fit.

This was my fifth visit to this delightful hotel. Rooms are tastefully decorated and surprisingly modern despite the age of the hotel. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet is nice. Location is perfect.

Perfect location in the old city two blocks from commercial streets for cafes and shops and many sights within a 10 minute walk. The street is relatively quiet and if you face south, you overlook the school of the Ursulines, and have a view of Hotel Frontenac. We had a kitchenette with king sized bed, so did not try breakfast buffet but it looked good and a fair price. We had plenty of space. Only complaint was first set of sheets were clearly queen and kept popping off, after that, they got it right. Front desk staff were nice, helpful, and bilingual. Furnishings are not as sleek as large chain hotels, but living room was comfy with much seating and the tv large with an intriguing mix of English and French channels.
