The bathroom was bigger than I thought. It was easy to get into the building then to get the keys into the room. The room was generally quite clean. Would've been nice if there was something to make the room smell nicer on the way in.

I was staying here for the week. The hob didn't have an exhaust so cooking anything on higher than low-medium was difficult. The room was in the basement, although wifi was provided it couldn't connect most of the time. As it was the basement I couldn't use my data either. Basic salt/sugar/pepper were not provided. The entryway had a flickering light, so I turned it off for my stay. There was only one bin liner, would've been nice if there was at least one spare for the length of my stay. The TV had an option to select Netflix, however either the button did not work or it couldn't open on the screen, which was disappointing.

The location was perfect, to owner was very kind and easily reachable. The apartment itself was clean and had everything what I needed for a 6days stay. Overall I was satisfied with everything.

Honestly, I had no problems whatsoever. I liked everything.

Strange smell coming from fridge which was not clean, windows,carpet and blinds were filthy, the overall property was badly maintained and needed a good clean, looked nothing like the photos which was disappointing. Very noisy in the early morning from lorries unloading outside.

The place was filthy and we didn't want to stay but had no where else to go . We spoke to the owner about getting an extra towel and got told you only get one for a week and it was just a small towel and they were dirty. We did get another towel about 3 days later only due to messaging him continuously. I have already forwarded photos but can do it again if needed . The first night we were there there was a couple fighting with each other and we got no sleep we contacted owner the next day but he wasn't helpful at all . The place was very noisy most nights I would never go back there again. I hope to hear from you soon on how your going to resolve this matter. Thankyou tracy
