The property is conveniently located within about a 30 minute drive to Disney. It’s located on a very busy road, but I didn’t really notice the traffic noise from my room. They do offer a free Continental breakfast in the lobby area, which is a good thing, because there was not a coffee maker in the room. The property does look a little run down and it could use a little sprucing up, but I would stay here again.

Photos of place was chop,its not as nice as it look ,left 1 night earlier to find a safer and nicer place for my wife.

Run down, older room conditions, no available charging stations for phones. $120 for 1 night was out of reality for a hotel in these conditions.

The property was terrible but the pictures should definitely be updated it’s not clean and maintained like the pictures on the website. Breakfast was late so didn’t benefit my family. All the ice machine didn’t work.

Check in was easy, room was nice, new, clean, but no coffee pot, breakfast was very minimal..

The hotel was really run down on the outside. The room was clean. Needs new carpet. Bathroom was nice. Door did not have security lock and I did not feel safe. Only saw one other guest. Guessing hotel was very empty. Breakfast was a bunch of stale cereal, bread to toast, and tiny donuts. You could also make waffles. No fresh fruit, yogurt, or anything like eggs, bacon, or sausage like the other Quality Inns I have stayed at. Had a stale bagel, but they had no cream cheese. I guess you get what you pay for! Was supposed to stay two night, but left after one. I recommend you drive a little farther east and stay at the Quality Inn on Entry Point Blvd. Much nicer place and friendly staff!

Cheap is cheap. Everything is terribly basic.

The facility is outdated and air conditioning smelled mildewy. I have asthma, so I struggled breathing all night . The tub looked like someone just spilled bleach on it and it was left there, because the tub was very dirty with a streak down the middle. We just needed a place to lay our head for one night because we were driving to chicago the very next day so we dealt with it but I would never stay there again.

Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable, sheets clean. AC unit was quiet, but bathroom fan was very loud.Place in general needed TLC. Electrical sockets sloppy, potential fire danger. Dark tint on windows makes it hard to tell they’re open. Repair needed on fence. Some parking lot signs worn off to point of being unreadable.

The property is a bit dated but our room was clean and well maintained .

One room in the facility had mold on the ceiling. Room had very dirty sheets. Shower drain wouldn't drain. Lamps were very dirty with burnt lamp shades. Very unsatisfactory. Wouldn't recommend staying here at all. Should be called Poor Quality Inn.

After staying in 31 hotels this year, this by far was the worst, had to change rooms 3 times, not clean tv not working and the cigarette smell was bad.

Quality? Nooooo. I can’t describe how bad it is very poor and dirty. We found old food from other guests into the bes sheets. And the manager said I have found worst stuff. It is what it is. I definitely don’t recommend this place for anyone

Pull up to establishment, it looked like it was shut down. It was only 7:45 pm. Drove around the parking lot to see if there were any other cars. There were only a few. Pulled up to front again. Lobby was almost completely dark except a very dim light. Staff was pleasant, not over welcoming. Took a photo copy of my drivers license instead of just verifying ID like other hotels. (I asked for the copy back the next morning at check out). Very run down and doesn’t look like the photos that advertises it. Outlet GFI broken, pieces had fallen out around it. Hole and wires exposed. Rusted ice bucket, tissue holder and plate around it. Sheets had stains on them on both beds. Door didn’t close flush with the frame, window had space between the frame and the actual glass one could easily put fingers through it. Drove in and It didn’t feel safe, very difficult to rest easy overnight there. Walking into lobby and the room and it was like falling into the 1970s. Clocks set to wrong time, no usb ports, towels very thin and dingy looking. Gate around playground was in disrepair and looked like it had been driven into by a vehicle. Ice machines either broken (2nd floor) or worked poorly. Areas around machines dingy. No staff from 3-7am. Loud music blaring from a vehicle at 3:30 am. No staff to handle it. It felt unsafe in the room with the door and window issues. Free breakfast was minimal waffles, juice, apples, bread, cereal and bagels. Very sparse. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Staff was great. Pool was nice. TV was good but I would like a better channel setup. I would also like more electrical outlets besides the one by the bathroom sink to coonect phone at night. Breakfast was okay for the price. I would stay there again.

Easy transaction, looks to be getting updated. Clean rooms, we stayed for one night for a softball tournament

This property doesn’t not clean argumentative when telling them did not get for what we paid for 2nd time quality poorly run and do not clean properly

Needs update urgently

I and two of my friends stayed overnight to be closer to an educational day event. Our room was nice and cool upon arrival, as well as clean. The only complaint I would mention is the toilet was not seated firmly on the floor, causing a loud noise every time a person sat on or got off the toilet.

The bedding was not clean. Once we pulled the covers back to lay down on the sheets, we noticed that there was some sort of white grainy substance on one side of bed between the sheets. The hotel staff did immediately moved us to another room.

We left and didn't stay . The furniture looked scary u would be afraid to sit on couch . The manager was away from the front dest for a very long time .We tried to call several times , then when we got there, there were a group of people waiting and they said they where there a long time . Finally he came out to check us in he had blue rubber gloves on . We went into the room and we left to find another place to stay . The other Quality Inn near by was booked .

Outside Property not cared for. Pool furniture was old and wore out. Ice maker not working. Rugs in room filthy. Coffee at breakfast was cold and not much choice to eat.

Was unable to stay in the room assigned. It had the worse smell. Mildew. Musty old smell. They even tried to give me another room but the smell was just as strong. Did not give me a refund. Wasted $100.

Check-in was easy, internet did not work at first.

I opened the doors and there were 2 roach spray cannisters left in the middle of the room. The rest of the night, all I could think of was what I was breathing in and additionally, what would crawl into my bags while I slept? The "free" soap was the worst and I didn't trust using the drawers or closet because of the roach spray.

The bathroom was fairly small and you can tell it was well used. Shower head leaked but otherwise a very pleasing stay and wonderful conversations with staff

We reserved two rooms and the heat didn't work in either. The place needs updating.
