The hotel is in bad need of refurbishing. It's age is showing in the most negative way.

This hotel is super dated! The carpets was old and threadbare, there were spots you could see the subflooring, the carpet was sticky, we had to wear shoes the whole time. There was mold all over the bathrrom, the paint was pealing off the walls. None of the wall outlets would hold two-prong plug ins, three prong would stay in. The whole place smelled musty. The ice machine was disgusting (it was unplugged thank goodness). The blinds were ripped and sticky. At least the bedding was clean and smelled nice and the bed was fine for a night of sleeping. The layout of the rooms were good, but the hotel does not have much going for it. It is in desperate need of upgrades and updates.

, The carpet was horrible, tears and dirty through out, it smelled like smoke the television did not work,room was very grossly dirty, I started getting itchy all over after laying on the bed with in the hour. I called to complain, after my 3rd call I was told no one was available to speak to, when I asked for a receipt I was told it would be mailed to me and to contact Hotels.com for my complaints.

There were ants all over the room and bed!!! Sugar Ants

The place was good value for money but it is a bit outside of Salinas, so there is nothing around. Staff was very gentle but facilities a bit aged

Stay was great I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. It would have been great if there was actual food like eggs, sausages or bacon.

Air conditioning quit working after the first night. Hotel was fully booked, so they were not able to move us to another room. Hot tub water was green. Hotel was not as advertised in photos or ratings. Will not stay there again.

Tired property up against freeway. Had bugs in the bed (not bed bugs), only got a “sorry, we’ll look in to it” No offer of compensation. Will never stay or recommend this place.

If i could give this hotel a 0 star i would. The room is completely run down! The curtains are stained with what looks like mole. The tv wouldnt even turn on. For what i paid a night is completely insane for the quality of the room. I walked to get food from a taco truck right next to the hotel a unhoused guy next to the building sitting there and girl next to the building going up to random guys. In the morning loading up are trunk a black truck parked next to us seem like they stay in their Tahoe over night in the parking lot of the hotel. The guy gets out you see 3 other people in the vehicle he creep us out. The vehicle the windows had cover ups so most likely they stayed in the parking lot but at the front desk ask for license plates to park there. Picture are false advertisements.

Very basic hotel. Very bad relationship quality/price. There were no soap. Good for just 1 night. Very big room. Very old hotel. Need renovation

Staff was helpful. Room needed an upgrading

Empty soap, shampoo, conditioner dispensers, torn curtains, handprint on bathroom wall, dirty shower curtain, missing batteries in tv remote, pool and spa were cold-could not swim (very small spa), dry continental breakfast, no turn down service so if you need fresh towels you must take the soiled ones to the office to exchange them, broken ice machine. Would not stay again.

The HVAC unit was leaking into the bathroom. There was a big puddle. I asked for a refund and left.

The advertising is misleading. The room was not cleaned only the beds were made from the looks of the room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom looked like the floors were not swept the counters were not wiped down. I requested a non-smoking room. We walked into the room it smelled like cigarettes and I actually cleaned off ashes from cigarettes off the counter. Tried to spray air freshener, which did not work just ended up with all of us getting a headache. After 30 minutes or so we ended up just checking out and finding another place to stay.

The bedding seemed clean. The rest of the room was fair. Grime and spots on the walls and floors. Was very loud outside of our door in the early morning.

The rooms were nice and they made sure we had adjoining rooms, which the granddaughter lived. But the floors were so dirty we could not walk around unless we had shoes on. Our air conditioner leaked and soaked our clothes that we paid on the ground after our showers. The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Hotel unpleasant, fan and cooling system did not work mold was all over the bedding and the curtains and shower. we found cockroaches crawling up the shower curtains.

It was dirty, the tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and stuff got stolen out of our vehicle.

The floor and towels are dirty. The AC didn’t work. The fan was squeaking when it was turned on. It was a really bad experience. When we called the front desk they told us we should have complained sooner.

Hotel hell in person the first room we got had toenail clippings on the desk and crumbs everywhere and it didn’t have a fridge the second room was at least a little cleanly gangbangers everywhere and hookers

Will not stay here ever again

Front desk, staff was rude- seemed frustrated but dont show it to customers & be rude about it. We’ve all been there. Rooms are ok, remote didnt work, no screens on windows, floors looked dirty, outlets didnt work! For the price felt over charged.
