The place was great and everyone was great. Just everything was updated but the fixtures

Front desk was very rude and she was going to make me wait 3 hours for a blow dryer cause the blow dryer in the room sparked

Not a good room. Would not recommend the room smelled like marijuna.

We walked into our room and the smell was overwhelming if filth and cigarettes. There were multiple roaches. The bathtub was stained with an unknown substance. The floor was nasty. The AC did not work. There were homeless people camping out by the room, car being repo’d in the parking lot, hooker hanging out by the rooms, and what looked to be someone trying to steal a tire off a vehicle in the corner of the parking lot. Didn’t feel safe at all.

Bugs in the room when you walk in but they say they clean. Staff constantly walking and watching everyone. Room stinks. The bathroom was disgusting to the point I didnt want to walk in the bathroom with a towel on the floor or shoes. They do have lots of cameras so I least didnt worry about my car.

Place was terrible. Don’t get fooled by the pictures of their rooms. Place looks very outdated and a major health hazard. There was molding on the ceiling of the room. The bedsheets were dirty as if housekeeping reused the sheets from previous stay. There was a dead cockroach near the sink area and the desk chair was peeling. Nothing about this hotel seems safe or sanitary. We didn’t bother staying in the room for more than 10 minutes as front desk told us there was nothing they could do and that the manager wasn’t available at the moment. AVOID BOOKING HERE!!!

The room was not even close to the pictures shown. Was gonna stay another night and payed for it, later in that day we decided to go ahead and leave. The person at front said they would give me half of the miney backfor the day and would take 3 to 5 days to get it. It never was taken care of.

I didn't like the noise, people loitering doing drugs and no TV service or internet.

It was roach infested. No internet sevice and no tv service at all. Did not know until I got into the room. Called front desk and was told it should be fixed in an hour. Asked again at the front desk and was told it should be fixed in 30 minutes. Next day I checked out at 9 am and still no tv service. Not acceptable.

I was walking my dog and one of the umbrellas from the pool flew over the pool area in to the parking lot.
I winded it Down and Carried it to the office.
She asked me “what am I supposed to do w that?”
I said “Ma’am this umbrella was in the parking lot and flying away.”
IT COULD HAVE INJURED PEOPLE AND DAMAGE VEHICLES AT YOUR PROPERTY.
She told me not to bring it inside the office folded down and I SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE OFFICE FIRST.
I DID LIKE STAYING HERE. HOWEVER THE WOMAN WORKING RIGHT NOW AT 7 PM
IS THE MOST RUDEST AND DISRESPECTFUL WOMAN I HAVE EVER MET.

Convenient accomodation that was clean but certainly no frills, that served our needs as an economic place to crash after a full day at Six Flags.

Hotel was dirty dead bugs in the bathroom I asked which one of my family left hair in the sink both said it was there when we arrived. Couldn’t wait to check out and leave in the morning. Spent more than we should have because a concert was in the area. Could have stayed in grapevine cheaper and a lot nicer

Well the facility was just out dated and unpleasant to the eye. The bathrooms where very out dated the walls where very dirty we killed several cockroachs the floors where dirty the bottoms of our feet would turn black walking about the rooms. Feel like I was cat fished by the pictures on the website the rooms look nothing like what you see when resurching .

This was our 2nd stay here in 2 weeks. It has been been clean and comfortable both times. The staff is very nice to work with.
