No complaints room was very clean and guests were quiet

Overall stay was decent, however I stay with Staybridge often and I was VERY disappointed with the breakfast….your typical Staybridge breakfast is a full breakfast with a decent selection of options…one of my favorites is the fresh fruit salad..however this property was very lacking….eggs a meat and waffles…the fruit salad was broken up into several containers to do what I believe was make the bar look fuller than it was….no potatoes any day I was there….the juice was out of order and the apple juice tasted more of water….i was there for 3 nights and all were the same….staff was friendly and property while old still had charm and was decently clean.

Great place to stay!

We were put in this hotel because ours “over booked” when we arrived to Comfort Suites they took 15 minutes to figure out putting us in a room, gave key and it was OCCUPIED!! Went back down guy was confused spend another 45 minutes before only got a room once manager was called.

Loved this place. Smelled good when you walked into lobby. Staff were very nice. Suite was comfortable. Loved amenities. Would love to stay again.

Great experience

Everything about it was great except the bed! It felt like sleeping on a rock. I ended up sleeping on the couch. If they got softer needs it would be perfect!

We really liked having a suite with a full size refrigerator. We also liked that the bedroom was separate from the kitchen area and that you could close a door to keep the sound of the refrigerator muffled while sleeping. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The only disappointment with this venue was the food. The breakfast food wasn’t good. As a tea drinker I found it disappointing that there were no good tea options. The fruit was old, the sausage was hard, the mini waffles were like rubber and the coffee was too strong. We ended up toasting an English muffin. We were really looking forward to a hot meal so that was a big disappointment.

excellent rooms, will definitely stay there forever

The hotel was okay. The bathrooms need some care. The main problem was the weekend noise. I believe there were 2 different youth parties going on. The music was loud and late.

Staff very helpful

My family came down for admitted Student Day at NSU. Staff was super friendly before I even arrived. I ran into an issue right before we were going to check out and I was able to extend my check out time shortly which allowed me to rectify my issue and then hit the road.

Joe, front desk has been extremely helpful to my visiting family from Maryland. My sister is wheelchair bound. He has been patient and accommodating to my family. He is also very Pleasant.

The facility overall seemed ghetto. Noisy guests and kids. The bathroom fan blew out a cigarette smoke from another close by guest. The breakfast wasn't good. The fruit wasn't fresh and the juice was watered down, how cheap! I would not come back ever.

Staff was very friendly, and our room was clean. However, the elevator constantly smelled like marijuana.

Spa was broken and nobody bothered to mention it when we checked in or we wouldn't have, soda didn't work, breakfast bar poorly stocked, free toiletries and decent beds.

The property and rooms were clean. The staff was really helpful and nice. There were quiste of few people who lived there for at least half of the year and has created a community at the hotel. The laundry was free but the machines were moldy and some were broken and appeared to have been broken for a while.

The front desk associate who checked us in was wonderful, friendly and helpful. It was late at night and we were tired. The overnight associate didn't know what to do to help us when I told them that our A/C was not cooling properly. There was no on call maintenance staff, but I wonder if they could have offered us a fan, checked on us in the morning or called a manager? There were no other rooms available and I understand that. At least hotels.com gave us a little credit to help make up for it. Breakfast was great with a surprising variety of foods, including soy milk and chicken sausage. The make-your-own yogurt parfait was delicious! The coffee was good. Hotel staff we bumped into we friendly and polite. The hotel interior and exterior are attractive. Comfy seating. I would have enjoyed the gas fireplace if it was colder outside. Our room was quiet. This little place has a LOT of amenities. I worked some while my husband attended a training and I appreciated the fast, reliable wi-fi and the desk with a comfortable desk chair. I used the business center to print some things out. We bought snacks and drinks from the little snack bar. We and our cat really appreciated having the couch. The beds were really comfy. I liked having Dove products, which I use at home, and they were mounted in pump bottles rather than individually packaged, so they were more environmentally friendly. Kitchen was great. Unfortunately, I didn't have time for the pool or whirlpool.

The customer service was great! My family had plenty of space and the amenities were lovely. My only issue is that the ventilation system needs cleaning. There was a ton of dust by the air conditioning system in our room and by the pool area.

Shelly was amazing and helpful. Even though she was Cowboys fan. Lol The staff and amenities were all top notch. We will definitely will be back because Shelly also signed us up for the rewards program which we will take full advantage off. Love IHG!! See you next time.

Everything was fine

I did a staycation. I wanted to enjoy a pool and spa before the summer ends. My first reaction walking through the door was "Wow it smells good in here lol." The front desk clerk was nice. I checked in late but still had to wait on the room( not long). The overall appearance was ok. The rooms could have been cleaner, the sheets had stains, the shower still had hair and stains, holes in the doors. I did my extra cleaning to the room and felt a tadbit better. The pool was great but the hot tub didn't work :(. Breakfast was good the next morning. The staff was really nice though. I would return and recommend to others.

Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Stayed a week here and had an amazing time.

Pleasantly surprised our room was very nice and large. Joe at the front desk was very friendly and helpful....actually all of the staff were. Nice selection at breakfast. Only a few issues with a weird smell in the hallways and the shower curtain rod was broken in one ofbthe bathrooms.

We were there during 90 degree weather pool was not functioning for almost 2 days… something about the chemicals… another day we were woken up by the fire alarm a little before 7am..they were trying to fix it for over an hour! Very inconvenient for us trying to have a relaxing few days!😡
