This is a beautiful piece of property, and you couldn’t ask for more gracious and hospitable hosts. They were absolutely wonderful, their breakfast is amazing, and the entire trip was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend.

I loved that when we pulled in it was a “home” and that’s exactly how it felt all weekend. It was very quiet and safe! Property is so clean and unique. Cant wait to go back in summer to see all the gardens in bloom.

Fruit grown on property served at wonderful and very tasty home made family style breakfast, where you get to know your fellow guests and which served by warm and friendly owners Charles and Rebecca.

This was our first experience with a B&B. We were so impressed with the quality and hospitality of the hosts Becky and Charles. We met so wonderful people at breakfast, which was incredible, and totally enjoyed the whole experience. It was convenient to soo many wonderful wineries too. We would definitely recommend Los Gatos to everyone.

Lovely, rural property, within driving distance to Finger Lakes area. Cabins are beautiful, immaculate and comfy. Breakfast a treat! Freshly made and delicious and imaginative. Hosts welcoming and informative, but not intrusive. HIGHLY recommend!

Owners of Los Gatos are so friendly, and served best breakfasts we've had while traveling. They make fresh jams snd syrups from local produce. Conveniently located near Penn Yan, with lots of information about area wineries, restaurants, and attractions. We were delighted with the town, scenery, accommodations, and friendly staff everywhere.

We recently stayed for 5 days at Los Gatos in Penn Yan NY. Charles and Rebecca were such inviting hosts from the moment we arrived to when we departed. We stayed in the Grande Suite which was basically the entire second floor and had a large bedroom, separate sitting room, and private deck. Charles has composed a book of close-by dining options and is a wealth of knowledge for local attractions and wineries. Rebecca is an incredible chef and prepared a different sumptuous breakfast daily. The homemade jams, specially blended coffee, and grape juice only complete the experience. Los Gatos is conveniently located not too far from wineries and attractions and provided a comfortable home base. We would not hesitate to recommend Los Gatos to friends and plan on visiting again. Charles and Rebecca truly make you feel like family.

This is a beautiful property. The gardens and grounds are exquisite. We stayed in one of the 2 cabins, comfy and private. The hosts are gracious and helpful. She's a good cook; the breakfast clafoutis was delicious!

My daughter and I had the most relaxing time here. The breakfast was amazing and they made us feel at home. The scenery was inviting and peaceful.

The hosts are delightful and make every effort to make sure you enjoy your stay. Breakfast is wonderful unless your planning lunch because its so filling. The place is wonderfully peaceful. Perfect for exploring, hiking, reading as the sun comes up.

Beautiful grounds and property

It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Rebecca and Charles make you feel at home and the breakfasts are amazingly delicious.

I liked the balcony of the upper room. The view was beautiful. Breakfast was great.

The location is gorgeous. The view of the sprawling back yard is breathtaking at sunrise. There is so much to do nearby- the WindMill, wineries, restaurants, pumpkin farms, breweries, parks, sight seeing… The owners are wonderful people. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Gave an appropriately thorough tour of the amenities and what space is open for use and how things operate. Always receptive to any need or question. The homemade breakfast complete with juice and jams made from the fruit grown in their yard! And of course fresh fruit in various preparations. Large servings of quiche, stuffed French toast, biscuits…Hands down the best breakfasts I’ve had anywhere. Even the coffee they serve is delicious! We enjoyed our stay in the Grand Suite. Bed was incredibly comfy, quiet ceiling fan that works on all speeds, comfy chairs in sitting area, wonderful shower, good size mini fridge. Felt like home except we didn’t have to clean or cook! Met the other guests during breakfast and enjoyed their stories and hearing about local events they were planning to attend. We had no idea that staying here would be the blessing of what was already a fantastic trip. Can’t say enough about Charles & Rebecca and what they have created within and outside of the walls of this bed and breakfast. Truly a joy to spend time in their home, consuming their breakfasts and coffe, and enjoying their stories, kindness, local recommendations and their laughter. Can’t wait to return!

There was nothing not to like about this BB! Everything and everyone was perfect! Beautiful place, excellent breakfast and amazing hospitality!!

wonderful location and a beautiful scenery. the folks running the BnB are very nice people and great at accommodating any needs. we got an bedroom in the main house -- but, next time we'd like to get the cozy cabin, just for the fun of it. great access to many wineries, breweries, historical sites and many more around the finger lakes. also close enough to watkins glen where there's all kinds of events throughout the year. we selected a number of place to stay for the week (started out with a wedding in ithica) -- next time, we would just stay here the next time we come to this area.

Had a fantastic experience- host were amazing and extremely accommodating for my dietary restrictions! I’m so used to figuring things out on my own for hotel stays and other get aways, having a place that was able to accommodate was really nice.

The setting is beautiful; the room was very comfortable. Also, the owners are extremely friendly, and the breakfast was delicious!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious- French toast casserole, yogurt parfait, fresh grape juice home made, jams homemade. Very pretty yard with trails. Rooms are very clean and quiet.

The owners at Los Gatos were amazing. They accommodated our need for a late check in. The food was exceptional. The ground and buildings are Gorgeous

My husband and I spent a lovely two nights at Los Gatos in the Azul cabin, which is very comfortable with a great porch . Charlie and Rebecca were very welcoming; the breakfasts--especially with the fruit (and jam and syrup and juice) straight from the garden! They offered great suggestions for hikes and wineries. Lovely place and hosts.

Best host and hostess ever! Knowledgeable about the area. Wonderfully tasty breakfasts!! We will be going back. Not to far from HWS and would recommend over a hotel any day!
