The hotel was nice and quiet. The location to various activities we planned was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Excellent service was provided throughout our stay. The staff was very helpful and provided excellent restaurant recommendations.

This property is situated in a convenient and quiet area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The property itself is a little tired, and the room was very snug. Super small bathroom with no counter space and shower was tiny. With that being said, overall it was positive.

Highly recommend this hotel for a 2 night pre cruise stay! We took a water taxi from Venice Airport to our hotel which is an incredible way to arrive in Venice. They dropped us off within a 3 minute walk to the hotel. Room was great with a bedroom loft and small balcony. Staff was very attentive and gave excellent tips to improve our stay. They even lent us 2 power adapters to use during our stay. Complimentary afternoon snack buffet too. When it was time to get to Trieste to board our cruise we simply took the water taxi which was a 3 minute walk to board and then a 15 minute ride. Pre purchase your train ticket and take an early train to avoid missing your cruise. Stop searching for your Venice hotel and book this one!

I neat area right on the edge of the residential neighborhoods, but very close to lots of options for sight seeing. But the AC in the rooms were extremely underpowered. Our room was constantly 10 degrees warmer than the hallway and 5 degrees warmer than anything remotely comfortable. Front desk said there was nothing they could do about it. The room was spacious and looked nice, but there were lots of little things that you could tell the property may not be attended to as much as it probably should be. Nice overall, but I wouldn't stay here in the summer.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Venezia. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our Suite was so spacious and elegantly decorated with classic Venetian style in green with fancy chandeliers. It was clean and comfortable with a nice view. Luxury toiletries were provided in the bathroom. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. The location is safe and quiet, but convenient. It is only about 15 mins walking to St. Mark's Square and other attractions. Private water taxi is just next door. Definitely will come back again!!!

The room was spectacular. It was beautiful and my view of the canal stunning. I felt so spoiled here. The room was incredible.

Nice property close to one of the main shopping streets. Lots of restaurants close by and has water taxi drop off right in front of the hotel. Staff was very helpful with everything from giving a thorough orientation and map to arranging transportation. Would recommend this hotel.

This was a lovely hotel in a quiet but centrally located area. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was really delicious with a nice variety. We will be back to Venice and stay here again.

Front desk employees were so friendly and so helpful, guiding us through shopping options and giving us maps so that we could find our way through the maze of streets in Venice. The breakfast options in the morning were really good and tasty and the snacks provided in the dining room during the day were a refreshing option

Very nice hotel, located in central Venice, yet tucked away in a quiet area. Our room was spacious with several windows and a beautiful vista. Staff were pleasant to deal with.

Love the place

This property was incredibly dated from the lobby to the rooms. I got the junior suite and there was no room, and you had to climb up the stairs that the railing was loose way too much money for what you got

The place is as we wanted. Having visited Venice prior our intent is to be away from the busy tourist traffic. To make our stay more intimate and immerse in where Venetian go to relax and unwinded. This place offer just that, experience was fantasy. Highly recommended.

Very clean and large room. The staff was very friendly and informative. The breakfast was excellent.

We stayed here for Carnivale and Valentine's Day, five nights with breakfast as part of a flight-hotel package. Hotel staff were all very kind and lovely. Continental breakfast had hot options and were plentiful; there is also tea, espresso drinks, and biscuits available for guests in the afternoons in the lounge. Esperesso machine in room with pods is free, with paid mini-bar fridge options. The room size was generous and very warm with an adjustable thermostat; we were cozy despite the cold weather outside. Quiet area yet close to a main street and easily accessible to the main areas of Venice. Small extras that made it exceptional were: packed breakfast when we had to leave early the next morning; Valentine's Day chocolates left for us to enjoy fo free in the room. Only small complaint is that there isn't a Smart TV and therefore no English entertainment options, and a repeated sound like a sliding door upstairs (maybe a water pump?) would disturb light sleepers.

Loved the location and accessibility to tourist spots. Gandola ride was just 4 min walk away! Staff was extremely courteous and helpful!
